Visited yesterday for the first time! Paris was an absolute angel, explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I have! Already have my next appointment booked, so happy to have found this place❤️

Needed a haircut badly and decided to do so during my short visit to the UK. In the last 4 years I’ve had more bad haircuts than good ones and the good ones were only to fix the bad ones. So finding a qualified stylist was important and felt Spring and Curly could meet my expectations. I emailed the salon before to request accommodations for my sister and I who wear a headscarf and they gladly obliged! I needed a reshaping and wanted to keep my length. Paris was my stylist and was very attentive during my consultation and my sister had Paige. They had a basement equipped with everything and our whole experience was wonderful! The products they used were great and more importantly the cuts were beautiful! I’ve gotten cuts in New York from the pioneers of curly cuts and this was as amazing as they do for 1/3 of the time and price! I will definitely be coming back. Really great experience and my sister feels the same! Thanks again ladies ❤️

My stylist Ellie was super nice and professional and she styled my hair extremely well! I felt very welcome and comfortable in the salon - I was offered a drink as soon as I came in, as well as the massage feature on the chair while I was getting my hair washed which relaxed me to the max!!!! Ellie talked me through the whole process, gave me some advice on styling, maintenance etc and provided me with a step by step walkthrough of the routine she did on my hair. I was initially hesitant to book with any salon as I’ve previously had bad experiences but Curly Springs proved me right!!! Visited for the first time. Booked a curl by curl cut and finish. Left with a bounce in My step. I am obsessed with the final look. Booked in with Matt and had hair washed by a young lady who did an incredible job left me feeling pampered and very pleased with how my hair was shaped, looked and felt. Would 100% recommend :)

I had Fatima cut and colour my hair, and the results were beyond my expectations! I had been searching for a professional hairdresser for so long—my hair was dry, and I couldn't find the right care. But thankfully, I found Fatima, who is not only extremely skilled but also incredibly kind. I originally planned to get just a colour, but I was tempted into a haircut and blow dry as well. I'm so glad I did! My hair is now beautifully shiny, and the blow dry perfectly enhances the cut. I’m absolutely satisfied with the service and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Fatima to anyone looking for expert hair care!

I had the sweet and satisfying package treatment from a lovely lady called Selma. The whole experience was absolutely incredible, the massage in particular and facial were of an extremely high standard. Selma was very professional and kind. She was welcoming from the start and was interactive as well as accommodating to all my needs. After a disappointing experience at another salon, where I received a poorly done, brassy balayage by someone unfamiliar with Asian hair, I decided to try this salon based on the glowing reviews and I’m so glad I did! I absolutely loved my haircut by Aroug! She was professional, friendly, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. The end result was even better than I imagined. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing. Will definitely be coming back!

The best service I got so far in the UK and all the ladies who work for Parveen’s are amazing. They have awesome work ethic, will always greet you with a smile, and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and satisfied. Moved to Birmingham 5 years ago and have tried many different salons to find the perfect eyebrow place, FINALLY found my perfect salon. They always listen to how I want my eyebrows cleaned as I am very specific. Owner is always so happy and attentive as soon as you enter, thank you so much for making your customers feel welcoming. The main reason I wanted to give a review was for their service on Eid, I was shocked by how amazing, fast, organised, the amount of staff were available to cater to everyone and their needs. I literally entered expecting to wait around for atleast an hour due to the rush but I was given a ticket as soon as I entered and i didn’t even get the chance to sit myself down and I was called over. I couldn’t help but express how impressed I was with the service. In my years of getting my brows done in London and now in Birmingham I have never experienced such a service especially on EID! Well done girls and especially the owner, absolutely fantastic!

I wanted to cover my grey hairs but also wanted to have caramel highlights. Sadaf was amazing and listened to what I wanted and even though I was confused regarding the colour, she got the colour perfect!

10/10 experience. Sadaf did my hair so well. I came in with half my hair red and she managed to get rid of it and go for a light balayage, it was exactly like I imagined it to be. My first time getting my hair done and I’m 100% going to come back here next time.

First time I had been to Salon HQ I had an amazing experience I had my hair cut and dye, a patch test was done a day before. The atmosphere and the service was amazing. Sadaf had cut my hair she was so lovely, bubbly and funny she made me feel so welcome and was very helpful highly recommended this place and definitely will be visiting again.
