It was one of the best experience I had at the hairdresser! Harriet has been doing an amazing job with my hair! Her expertise, creativity, and attention to detail made me look and feel great. The way she listen to my needs and preferences is impressive. She deliver beyond my expectations. This was my first time at the salon and I honestly had such a good experience! I went in for a big chop and went shorter than I’ve ever gone(which felt like a big step)but Harriet was so calm and professional throughout. She really listened to what I wanted and checked in as she went. The end result is so cute and exactly what I hoped for. I felt really comfortable the whole time and left feeling great. I’d definitely recommend the salon to anyone and will be coming back for sure.

She is not only exceptional at her work but also incredibly caring and attentive to customer needs. I must apologize for the condition of my hair, as its roughness and tangles took nearly an hour to address. Despite this, she handled it with such patience and professionalism. The rest of the staff were equally well-behaved and supportive. I am absolutely thrilled with the experience and can’t wait to visit again! I love Urban roots **)

My mom had a cut and blow dry booked in with Summer, who was absolutely lovely—she made my mom feel really comfortable and did an amazing job. Her hair looks so much thicker and beautifully styled! We’ll definitely be coming back. A really great salon with fantastic service!
