Sukhi and the team is absolutely brilliant. They are so kind and thoughtful. I’ve never really had anyone who did my eyebrows with as much care and thought as Sukhi. She checks with you at every stage, makes sure you actually like your brows before moving on. Makes recommendations tailored to you. I’ve been here three times and have had nothing less than a great experience. Highly recommend

I recently visited to j beauty by nilima , Manisha did my treatment and I had such a great experience! The staff was super welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. The salon itself was clean, stylish, and had a very relaxing vibe. I got a [haircut/blow-dry/color/manicure—customize based on your experience], and I’m beyond happy with the result. They really listened to what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions too. Prices were reasonable for the quality of service, and I never felt rushed. I definitely recommend this salon if you’re in Manisa and looking for great service and a friendly atmosphere. I’ll be going back for sure!

I had a waxing and eyebrows appointment with Preet, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was so understanding and accommodating, especially since I have sensitive skin and a low pain tolerance. Preet talked me through the entire appointment, helped calm me down, and was incredibly patient. The results were fantastic — smooth waxing with no irritation. For my eyebrows, she really listened to what I wanted and gave me the natural look I like without over-shaping or thinning them out, which is hard to find! I’m very particular about my eyebrows, and it’s rare to find someone who does them so well. I highly recommend Preet and will definitely be coming back!

This was my first time at the salon and I honestly had such a good experience! I went in for a big chop and went shorter than I’ve ever gone(which felt like a big step)but Harriet was so calm and professional throughout. She really listened to what I wanted and checked in as she went. The end result is so cute and exactly what I hoped for. I felt really comfortable the whole time and left feeling great. I’d definitely recommend the salon to anyone and will be coming back for sure.

She is not only exceptional at her work but also incredibly caring and attentive to customer needs. Don’t get my hair done often but whenever I do I always go to Claire. She gets my hair right every single time - I’ve had my hair coloured before and cut from her and she’s always got it how I’ve wanted, she’s so precise, professional and always lovely to talk to. The salon is lovely and not too far for me to get to. :-)

I’ve had my hair done a few times at Benjamin Ryan and I’ve had a wonderful experience each time. I had my hair cut today with the fabulous Chloe and I can’t recommend her enough. Not only is a she a fantastic hairdresser, she’s also like a ray of sunshine. She’s so lovely and genuine and really takes the time to listen and talk things through. I’m so happy with my hair! I’ve also previously had my hair coloured by the lovely Chelsey who did such a fabulous job with my highlights. Lovely Salon in a great city centre location. All the staff are highly skilled, and so friendly and welcoming.

I had my hair done with Ellis today - a fantastic colour expert, highly recommend as she really knows her stuff! She really listens to her clients’ needs and makes sure you get the whole experience 5 star. The service is fantastic across Benjamin Ryan generally and a lovely relaxed environment. I’ve been going for years and will continue to do so. (Some of the reviews that have been left that are negative are so far removed from anything I’ve ever experienced).

It was the first time using the salon, I needed a good cut and restyle due to the poor condition of my hair. Now daughter is hard work to please, but Michelle was so lovely with her and even though my daughter acted like she didn’t like it at first, (as teenagers do) she loves her hair now. Michelle is a brilliant cutter and we both have thick curly hair, Highly recommend her!

I went to this hairdressers for the first time and had the best experience. Ellie did my hair and did an amazing job, we had a discussion before hand and Ellie knew exactly what I wanted and I left with a balayage better than what I imagined. I’ve been going to Olena for waxes since Nov 2023, my first and only waxer! She has a really nice calming energy which is a bonus if it’s your first time getting a service like Brazilian/Hollywood wax. She’s constantly asks if you’re ok throughout ensuring your comfort, she checks the temperature of the wax is right and is always so respectful. I love our little catch ups every couple of weeks as she is a really nice person all while remaining professional.
