10/10 ⭐️ Took my mom to this salon, and we had a great experience from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed and offered a drink. My mom had a cut and blow dry booked in with Summer, who was absolutely lovely—she made my mom feel really comfortable and did an amazing job. Her hair looks so much thicker and beautifully styled! We’ll definitely be coming back. A really great salon with fantastic service!

She is not only exceptional at her work but also incredibly caring and attentive to customer needs. I must apologize for the condition of my hair, as its roughness and tangles took nearly an hour to address. Despite this, she handled it with such patience and professionalism. On entry you are greeted with a warm smile, in a salon which is better than most high end spas, The excellent customer care, service and the ambiance is uninterrupted until the end. All chairs are wonderfully comfortable and sometimes I am so relaxed I simply drift away to sleep .The attention to detail and knowledge of your hair is impressive so JYG always provide exceptional hair care, advice, and hairstyles -every time. Then the beauty treatments are great.

I had my hair washed and blow-dried by Aliyah, one of the junior stylists, and she was absolutely lovely! She was really polite, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout. Aliyah was also great at communicating, checking in with me about how I wanted my hair styled and making sure I was happy with everything. She did a fantastic job and I left feeling great. I thoroughly recommend Minoo. She’s amazing. She did 2 sets of nails (rainbow and watermelons) and I couldn’t be happier with them. The last set (with flowers and happy and sad face) was done by Isra I think and I had 2 broken nails and one nail come off. The nails weren’t the same shapes. So not too happy with that. However, because I’m sticking to Minoo for the future (she does asks other girls to prepare the nails for her but I’m fine with it as kings as she applies the gel and design) I want to continue using their services. I mean, look how beautiful the nails are! especially the watermelons ones

I just had a massage at the salon and it was amazing! Iqrah was absolutely brilliant, she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and her technique was spot on. I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend her if you’re in need of some proper self-care!

I had an amazing experience at the salon. The staff were very professional and gave excellent advice for my haircut. I went from long hair to a shoulder-length cut, and it turned out even better than I expected. I'm very happy with the service, and the price was reasonable. I also had a wonderful experience with Flora for hair styling. She transformed my hair beautifully and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process by explaining each step.

First time visiting Kim Duong and it was great! Great energy in the studio among the staff and clients. My stylist Harmony provided amazing service. I was asked if I wanted a drink as soon as I walked through the doors. They also asked if I wanted the guards up as I wear a scarf which I thought was very considerate and respectful. Harmony went through how I would like my hair to be styled, cut and the length. Harmony is super sweet and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I absolutely loved the end results! Much needed trim and bouncy blow out. This place is worth the splurge to look and feel comfortable. Finally found my go to salon!

This was my first time going to Kim Duong Hair and I had such a great experience! I got my hair done by Harmony and she gave me the most beautiful layers — exactly what I was hoping for. The blowout was absolutely stunning and made my hair feel so soft and full of life. Harmony was super sweet and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The salon itself had such a calm and relaxing vibe, I really enjoyed just being there. You can tell they really care about their clients and pay attention to every detail. I had an incredible experience here. Harmony is every perfectionist’s dream - she gave me exactly the cut I was asking for, styled just as I wanted, and even re-pinned it for me again after doing it all (since I needed it done for an event the next day) without once making me feel like a bother despite it being a busy time for her. I can’t recommend her enough. The before and after of my hair blows my mind. I also must point out the kindness I received from Niamh and Andi throughout my experience, too. They each helped with washing and drying my hair, and were so nice to talk to. I really appreciate how friendly they were because it just made the entire experience so relaxing and positive for me. You are offered a drink as soon as you enter and they even offer to replace it if it’s been some time which just shows how attentive they are. I also really appreciate the privacy screens for those who want a more closed environment when getting their hair done. I didn’t personally use it, but I found it such a lovely feature to have. This is a must visit! I won’t be going anywhere else for my hair.

An absolute amazing experience! I had my hair coloured by Lauren who was exceptional! She truly brought my vision to life! Very understanding and goes through your hair step by step! I then had my hair styled by Kim and opted for a bouncy blow dry! I would definitely reccomend this salon for anyone who is looking for a haircut or colour. Lottie did an amazing job with my dry scraggy hair! She was lovely during the consultation and listen to what I had to say! She also gave me plenty of advice 😊 The results were luscious soft hair and a really flattering cut would recommend anytime!

I can’t fault Hush at all! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with politeness, everyone seemed lovely throughout my whole appointment. I went in last week for an appointment with Becky for a very drastic change with my hair. She was very thorough before putting any bleach/dye on with how the process would be, checking I was completely happy with the placements of the different colours. She took her time making sure everything looked perfect, I couldn’t have trusted anyone else with what I wanted done! At the end of the appointment when I had my cut she took her time making sure not too much was cut off as I wanted to keep length but ensuring that any damaged bits were gone. My hair has genuinely never felt healthier despite what I had done to it! I am so so happy with the results! Thank you x

I always get my hair coloured by Sophie - I have been going to her for at least 10 years now and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! She always gets it the perfect colour, and is really good at explaining and advising if you’re indecisive like me!! I just got a balayage done by bayer at this salon and she’s sweetest most kindest ever made me feel ever so welcome and comfortable as well as communicating with how I wanted my hair and what exactly was the best to go ahead with as my hair had previous colour red and she made that disappear to a perfect balayage which I love and so obsessed with definitely worth a visit as she is quick with the responses and worth each penny🫶🏻

I was staying at the hotel next door and popped in around 6pm on a Tuesday, on the off chance that they could do a quick trim. They managed to fit me in without me having to wait. The service was excellent, my hairdresser was very professional and talented and so gentle! I was really pleased with the cut and styling. It was very reasonably priced. I would definitely go back.

Very professional salon. I had a bad cut from another salon in the same area, and found Cora Hair salon while walking around. I was advised to book with Kate the senior manager. She immediately spot the issue of my previous hair cut, and gave me a nice hair design in ten minutes. I will be going for balayage treatment with her once she will be free as she's fully booked. I wish I found this salon earlier.
