I always have the best waxing appointment with Olena! I love booking with her, she’s such a lovely and comforting person. I’ve been going to Olena for waxes since Nov 2023, my first and only waxer! She has a really nice calming energy which is a bonus if it’s your first time getting a service like Brazilian/Hollywood wax. She’s constantly asks if you’re ok throughout ensuring your comfort, she checks the temperature of the wax is right and is always so respectful. I love our little catch ups every couple of weeks as she is a really nice person all while remaining professional.
