Had such a lovely massage here today with Nicky - I floated out of the salon on a cloud. Just the right pressure (firm, which you hardly ever actually get); thoughtful pre- and after-care; a warm private room, heated bed and no small talk during the actual massage which I always appreciate. Top notch, thank you, and sorry if I snored!

Jemma is absolutely amazing and I wouldn't trust anybody else with my hair 😊 she was the hair stylist at my wedding and was so helpful all morning. She managed to get me, my 4 bridesmaids, my flower girl and my mother all done before 12:30! And everybody commented on how lovely our hair looked. 100% recommend xx

When first walking into the salon I was immediately amazed by the stunning decor, modern design and cleanliness of the salon. Everything is brand new and is immaculate. I was greeted by the staff who were so friendly and welcoming. Whilst waiting for my appointment I was offered a cup of tea which was a lovely touch. The service I was then provided (hair cut and style) was done by a young lady who was very friendly and we had a good old natter, with the other staff members joining in too! The price was very fair and reasonable and I left Bournville Beauty and Hair salon very pleased and feeling like a new man. Cannot recommend enough, super happy and super satisfied!!!!

I’ve been going to Toni for my eyelash extensions for about a year now and I can not fault what an amazing lady she is. Always lovely , kind and chatty. My eyelashes have always been perfect. In my first appointment she really listened to what type of extensions I was are looking for. They personally last me very well and my natural lashes are in great condition underneath. She truly cares for what she does and it shows in her work that is art. I could not recommend the service enough to anyone !
