I have been coming to Bay for over 15 years years and I always look forward to my appointments, whether it be hair or nails, there's always a warm and friendly welcome, nothing is ever too much trouble. The salon is beautiful and the level of professionalism is second to none. The ladies really do go above and beyond to accommodate your needs, everything is explained in great detail and I always leave feeling happy with whatever it is I've had done. Beth is an amazingly talented nail technician, I do test her with complex nail designs and she always delivers. I've just had my hair done for the first time by Deanne who was really lovely and I'm very happy with my hair, she listened to everything I asked for and was very friendly. Kim has done an amazing job creating such a beautiful salon and ensuring she hand-picked the best team to work with her to continue delivering such a high standard of treatments for her clients. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been coming to have my hair done by Sarah for a long time now. She is amazing and I always feel great when I've had my hair done by her. I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah. She is very skilled and professional and my hair looks fantastic each time she does it. Bay is a wonderful salon. Its stylish and everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I love coming here.

I love my hair, I had my hair done for £45 but that included a wash and blow dry, cut and curled. I had a wonderful lady called Sarah, she was so kind and listened to me, she explained to me what she was gonna do and made sure I liked it. For the quality of this experience and my hair it is so worth it. I will be coming again. Recommend 100% 🫶

My first visit to 205 Hair and Beauty, I found it to be a friendly and comfortable atmosphere, the hairdresser assessed my hair before washing and we discussed what style I would like, I was pleased with the outcome and I have booked my next appointment.

Services are really good, I've never been disappointed and I always leave the shop feeling amazing with my new hair style/colour or cut. Whilst living in Sicily my hairdresser left to live in northern Italy. I had no reason to visit Northern Italy but did visit Wollaston 3 times a year so decided to try Escape. There I met Tash who did such a good job on my hair I knew I'd found my new hairdresser. I have used Tash for years now and as I have returned to UK permanently I shall continue to use her. Not only a great hairdresser but also a good friend too. So glad I found Escapr.

The lady who did my hair was very nice and her way of working was professional, she handled my hair very gently, not tugging or being forceful. The ladies overall and the atmosphere they provide is very warm and friendly. The lady in the grey uniform was enthusiastic towards all her clients. I liked my overall outcome and would recommend to others.

My new go to hair salon! I love my new hair! The ladies here were all so kind and welcoming. Not only did the manage to fit me in last minute, it was only £52 alt for a colour and bouncy blow dry! Looking forward to my next visit! ❤️

Great salon! Going back there tomorrow to get my fringe and hair trimmed. The fringe was the slightest bit longer on the left side but it was £9, so I can’t complain D: The chairs are really comfortable too, might I add. Really cheap, friendly staff, loved it.

My hairdresser cancelled on me an hour before my appointment. Was very gutted, gave this place a try and manage to fit me in on the same day. Friendly staff and made me feel at ease. Reasonably price, will be using this hairdresser again.

What can I say? There is no where else my family & I would go to get our hair done. I have 2 children with special needs who absoloutley adore going to see Jo for haircuts, Jo always makes sure they feel comfortable & is amazing with both of them. My wife & I also booked for our wedding hair, Jo came to the venue early morning, nothing was too much trouble. The salon is such a friendly place to be Jo & Tam always make you feel comfortable & send you out feeling fabulous - they never let you leave until you are completely happy! So glad we found Chatabox.. We won't go anywhere else!!
