Bay is a friendly, professional and comfortable salon. Customers are made to feel welcome and plentiful supplies of complimentary beverages are offered throughout your visit. I love my hair, I had my hair done for £45 but that included a wash and blow dry, cut and curled. I had a wonderful lady called Sarah, she was so kind and listened to me, she explained to me what she was gonna do and made sure I liked it. For the quality of this experience and my hair it is so worth it. I will be coming again. Recommend 100% 🫶

I have been coming to Bay for over 15 years years and I always look forward to my appointments, whether it be hair or nails, there's always a warm and friendly welcome, nothing is ever too much trouble. The salon is beautiful and the level of professionalism is second to none. The ladies really do go above and beyond to accommodate your needs, everything is explained in great detail and I always leave feeling happy with whatever it is I've had done. Beth is an amazingly talented nail technician, I do test her with complex nail designs and she always delivers. I've just had my hair done for the first time by Deanne who was really lovely and I'm very happy with my hair, she listened to everything I asked for and was very friendly. Kim has done an amazing job creating such a beautiful salon and ensuring she hand-picked the best team to work with her to continue delivering such a high standard of treatments for her clients. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else.
