I was a first timer at The Hair & Beauty Lounge, Wallisdown Road. This lovely airy salon back in June having received a birthday voucher from my friend . I chose to have my nails done for my Grandson's wedding as never spoil myself in this girly way usually, so was a real treat. Well what a fabulous job Lacey did too. And to prove how pleased I was I’ve been back for infills every 4 weeks ever since. Being one of the older generation a couple of my nails started to crack vertically and get lines in as they do in advancing years. So this was a perfect solution and my nails now look so beautiful all the time. Having lovely looking nails is better than I thought it would be. Thank you Lacey and thank you to the Hair and Beauty Lounge. Highly recommend.

I've been getting my haircut with Alice for nearly 10 years, and the service and atmosphere at HBLounge is truly the best. The whole team is welcoming and friendly. I will always recommend Alice and the team.

Had my haircut by Alice today and will definitely be going back as it's a great cut and she was so friendly and the salon is lovely. I also have my nails and waxing done there by Bayleigh, who again is so friendly. Charlie is great and always helpful when booking appointments. The whole team are amazing and I would recommend the salon to anyone.

I went to Hair and Beauty Lounge for the first time to have my nails done for a special family occasion. I felt welcomed and put at my ease by Bayleigh who was a lovely, very professional young lady. I'm very happy with my nails! 😄 Definitely a 5 star experience.

Last time I had a massage, wasn’t the best (many years ago in a spa). so I had a low opinion on them. After hearing good reviews about the massages, I bit the bullet & booked in last night for today. Just left the salon after having the promotion offer on a full body/deep tissue massage with the complimentary Indian head massage. After today, I will be back in for regular treatments. Jess, the lovely lady who provided me with the most OUTSTANDING service. Jess made me feel relaxed, comfortable and confident within the treatment. The room had this beautiful music playing, very calming atmosphere. Asked about the areas that affect me most, asked me questions through out if I was okay, and the pressure was comfortable. Very, very warm welcoming. Top notch work and I’ll see you soon! 100% recommend Jess for a treatment, £45 is a great price for what I’ve had done today. I feel amazing, and the products used are beautiful.
