Michelle at Redefine is amazing! I was feeling so anxious for my first appointment but she quickly settled my nerves and made me feel at ease. Lots more appointments booked in withi this hair genius. The salon is very clean, modern and totally covid secure. 💜

Janemarie and all the team have been and continue to be amazing, they have looked after me so well, having broken my shoulder it has been impossible to wash my hair and do my nails, so I have been a regular visitor the past 3 weeks, and they have been so generous and caring. What a fabulous salon!!! I moved to Dorset from West London last year, and was concerned about the quality of hairdressing in a country village, being used to going to Trevor Sorbie. I needn't have worried when I chose the Salon on the square.... A beautiful environment, highly professional stylists and colorists... I had balayage and a really sassy bob cut.... I look fantastic!!! I had my first cut and colour with Claire.. She's brilliant (and sweet and funny), then, as she wasn't available for colour next time, I was looked after by Poppy, who was equally accomplished, and so, so lovely! Back again today for an even sassier and shorter bob with Claire again, and, after cutting my hair beautifully, I asked for shorter she obliged with a smile - even though she missed her lunch, due to me being THAT customer... You know, the one that's a bit of a pain in the A**. Bless her. Go.. Have a great experience!

My first CACI facial (got a block of 10 as a birthday present) and Sharon was brilliant. She talked me through what the process and checked I was OK throughout. And it was great - restful and pampering. I don’t look twenty years younger (yet!) but my skin is glowing and I feel very relaxed. Can’t wait for session two.

After being let down by my local hairdressers, I needed to find somewhere to get my hair cut. I found a last-minute appointment with Lois at Shaftesbury. All staff that I seamed friendly, Providing a lovely atmosphere. I gave Lois very little input as to what I wanted. The haircut is amazing; I will be booking again when I need my next haircut. Definitely recommended

I booked The little Sanctuary for my bridal hair and make up and I’m so glad I did! The whole experience from the trial to the wedding morning was so lovely! Through all the chaos of flower kids, bridesmaids and parents running around Gill and her team gave us stunning hairstyles and make up. We were all so happy with how our looks turned out. Even after a night of dancing our hair was on point and our make up looked great! Thank you to Gill, Kitty and the rest of the team!

I had another lovely visit to The Highbrow Clinic, always greeted with a lovely warm welcome and whenever I visit it always feels like a treat. I had my nails done with Caitlin and she was fantastic, such an amazing eye for detail, thorough and I walked away with the most perfect nails. She was engaging and chatty and it was such a treat. I've been going to nail bars for a while, but today having had BAIB nails at The Highbrow, I won't be going back to nail bars. The whole experience was just a treat, start to finish and with a great end result. Thanks Highbrow x

Stepping into clinic for a totally different treatment was very exciting! & what a lovely welcome I had, as always, welcomed with a smile. Catlin, as she could very much tell.... I carry the world on my shoulders, but worked those knots out with the most wonderful neck shoulder and back massage. I feel a sense of relief, super relaxed, and 2inces taller. I have just had my shaded eyeliner topped up by the lovely Natasha and I love how beautiful the results are. She is so passionate about her work and ensures the entire process is smooth and comfy throughout. Always an absolute pleasure coming into the clinic as the whole team are so friendly and welcoming. Had a lovely hair cut today with Nadine. I didn't know what to do with my hair, but thanks to Nadine's knowledge I walked out with my hair looking much more healthy and with more volume! I also had a lovely head, neck and shoulder massage which was a really nice touch. Already booked back in for January! I recently took my 3 year old daughter here for her first trim of her slow growing curly locks. I also had my 6 year son in tow. It was just before Christmas so the salon was very busy. We arrived just in the nick of time and were made very welcome. Although it was crowded, space was quickly made for us to get seated and Kate was attended to with professionalism and care. My son can be a little energetic at times and did wander down the salon a couple of times to be rapidly called back by me. At no time did I feel that there was any negative feedback from that by the staff. In fact the children were offered a sweet as a treat and the staff enaged with them when they could particularly Natalie the owner. Kate left feeling very happy. While I was sat there, I was able to observe the quality of the work that the team were creating for the clients of all ages. I would highly recommend and look forward to taking Kate along in future.

I visited for the first time after months of needing a cut. The staff were warm and welcoming , which was a fabulous first impression. My assigned styling was very honest, letting me know that she would prefer to pass me to a more senior stylist, due to my hairstyle. I appreciated this honesty. My cut wasn't cheap but it was really well done and I like the finished style. The head massage was wonderful and so relaxing ! I think I probably overshared my life (! Lol)but my stylist, who I believe is the proprietor, was very lovely and didn't once show any kind of impatience with me..she was great!

I absolutely love how emma does my nails and hair! Started off as a one off treat for gelish nails... then a few yeas later emma is the only person I go to for nails & hair! Great service and very reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

With so many other places offering beauty and aesthetic treatments in Dorchester, it's good to know Emma is experienced and great at what she does!

Amber has literally transformed my hair into something amazing. Amber is friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. I wasn’t sure how short I wanted my hair at first but I am so happy with my cut. Definitely would recommend this hair salon to anyone! :)

She always listens to my needs and is so accommodating, my hair has never been in better condition thanks to her. I would recommend Kira & TJW salon to anyone!

We had a wonderful afternoon at Monart Spa for hubby's birthday. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax. The spa is beautiful and tranquil, we loved that it was adults only and that it wasn't overbooked. We were almost always alone in every room, which made the experience even more special and relaxing. Everything was spotless and beautifully designed, we loved the cold shower in the steam room and the aromatic highland mist in the experience showers ❤️ We had coffee and fresh fruit in the relaxation area and the service was incredibly friendly and kind. We felt like royalty! The three hours were enough to explore the spa and have a half hour coffee/fruit break before leaving. This was the perfect treat, we didn't have any treatments this time due to the cost but they must be amazing. We highly recommend Monart spa for a special day, anniversary or a girl's day out. We'll be back!

I had a special pamper time at Monart Spa, a birthday treat from my children. The whole spa had a very tranquil feel and I made good use of the saunas and pool. I was aware of the £50 charge if you go over your alloted time, so rushed my tea and treats to make sure I had left the spa within my 3 hours. This was the only downside. I would like to say thank you to Daisy for an amazing facial and Amy for excellent service.

Amazing experience all round. We were welcomed by Joshua, who was both knowledgeable and friendly when telling us about all of the facilities on offer. We had the 3 hour experience that included one treatment. The thermal facilities are great, we enjoyed the infra-red room and salt grotto. I could not recommend this place any higher, there were other guests there but the way they structure the time there makes you feel like you're the only people there!

I enjoyed my time at the spa (apart from the man at the beginning, he spent far too long explaining everything ) Sadly, though the place was far too cold. I appreciate heating costs a lot of money nowadays, but surely a spa needs to be warm? I Would visit more often if they had one hour sessions. I haven’t always got the time nor the money for a three hour session at £82. It would be so lovely to pop in for one hour; a dip in the pool and half an hour in the sauna would be perfect! Perhaps it’s something you would consider guys?
