Sarah was professional at her work. She exactly knew what i wanted. Took her time and was not in a rush at all. Would go back to her.

Having been to the same hairdresser for years my mild anxiety on my first visit to VIP was immediately dissipated.. A warm welcome by all. Fabulous colour, and the cut is superb. My hubbys comment says it all. “ That’s the best I’ve seen your hair look for years! I have a new wife!” I love it. Thank you Gemma for a great cut, and attention to detail, and the colourist whose name I didn’t pick up did a great job. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Never having used this salon before I arrived with hesitation, however, I was quickly put at easy. Everyone was so friendly. Courtney spend a long time discussing colours for new hi lights and she knew exactly what colour would suit the colour tones of my natural hair. She decided on three different colours one being a lot darker than my natural hair colour I was a bit worried but there was absolutely no need. She knows exactly what she’s talking about. The end result looks amazing and I couldn’t be more pleased. The cut she gave me was equally as good. This has by far been the best hairdressing experience I have had. Courtney your a star. Fantastic, lovely, professional Hairdressers! Who were all very welcoming, friendly & listened to everything we wanted & were very informative... My daughter & I both had our hair washed, conditioned & restyled... booked only a few hours b4... so they fitted us in together which was fabulous! We both love our new haircuts & will be returning to have some colours added after our holidays! Thank you Catherine & ladies... highly recommend A******
