I have been a client at Pure Poundbury for many years and have got to know the team very well. I receive a range of treatments and always come away feeling happy and nurtured. Yesterday was an update for my nails. Brittany is just the right shade of Pink to uplift my spirits. Thank you Steph I always enjoy a catch up while you work on my nails. When I visited this site I was saddened and somewhat appalled to see a negative message. I don't think this is the vehicle to write such messages. It came across as vindictive and I would question if it was initiated by a young girl. A review needs to be honest but a rant is a very different matter. All I wanted to do when I decided to post a review was comment about my Nail treatment at Pure and the professional standard of the Staff. The staff are always very friendly and immediately offer you a drink on arrival. It is an oasis of calm for the stressed! The rooms are well maintained and there are some excellent treatments. I especially like the the Anti-aging Caci which I receive once a month with Kate and Chrissie.There are also excellent monthly offers and this month I have taken advantage of a 10% discount on a block of Caci treatments. Which is a good saving. Over the years I have seen many apprentices start their career in this salon. It's a challenging time at 16 joining the workforce. Expectations may differ but I would have said from observation and Dorect knowledge as an ex Secondary School teacher that it a very supportive team at Pure and a young trainee can learn a lot from all the combined experience. Thank you Pure you have always provided an excellent service and I can thoroughly recommend you to new clients.

I was so impressed with the salon; such a warm and friendly atmosphere and lovely ladies looking after everybody. Overall great quality, professionalism and staff...I will be returning for more treatments soon!

My friend and I had our first intimate wax done here by Shannon, she was so friendly and put us both at ease and made the whole process very relaxed and professional. Would definitely recommend and we will be back :)

Fantastic salon! I come here regularly for a massage - the girls are great; very friendly and professional. It's clean, the service is brilliant and it's highly convenient as parking is right outside. Would highly recommend!

Had my pre holiday waxing here today. A lovely warm reception, relaxing music playing and nice ambience. My therapist, Steph, was really chatty and friendly.and put me at ease. I will definitely be back to try some other treatments.
