I recently took my 3 year old daughter here for her first trim of her slow growing curly locks. I also had my 6 year son in tow. It was just before Christmas so the salon was very busy. We arrived just in the nick of time and were made very welcome. Although it was crowded, space was quickly made for us to get seated and Kate was attended to with professionalism and care. My son can be a little energetic at times and did wander down the salon a couple of times to be rapidly called back by me. At no time did I feel that there was any negative feedback from that by the staff. In fact the children were offered a sweet as a treat and the staff enaged with them when they could particularly Natalie the owner. Kate left feeling very happy. While I was sat there, I was able to observe the quality of the work that the team were creating for the clients of all ages. I would highly recommend and look forward to taking Kate along in future.

Had a lovely hair cut today with Nadine. I didn't know what to do with my hair, but thanks to Nadine's knowledge I walked out with my hair looking much more healthy and with more volume! I also had a lovely head, neck and shoulder massage which was a really nice touch. Already booked back in for January! Thanks Nadine & the rest of the Beautifully Gorgeous team for being so warm and welcoming!

Beth did an amazing job with the Olaplex Stand Alone Treatment! My hair feels incredibly soft and healthy. My curls feel so light and bouncy. The results were sooo good, and I couldn't be happier!! Had some pink and purple put in my hair today along with a cut and blowdry. Absolutely stunning result and Mel is fab. Friendly and professional, she knows her stuff. Highy recommend definitely need to book ur hair in advance with herself though she gets very busy x

Had a terrible experience of DIY at home colour during lock down ending up with very yellow/orange brassy roots. Melissa not only done the best job on my hair and corrected and cooled down the roots and overall colour but the week before my colour appt, when I went in for a consultation, she corrected a hair cut that I had just had done and I was very upset about. No questions asked she said "sit down i'll sort it". I showed her a picture and 10 mins later I had what I wanted. She had 10 minutes spare and helped me out when I'm sure she could have done with a break. Wish I'd found her sooner, she really knows her stuff. Won't go anywhere else and highly recommend.

Melissa is the best by far of all the hairdressers I have had. I do a 40 mile round trip to get to her that's how good she is. Cut perfect, colour great. Wouldn't go anywhere esle.

I had my bridal hair done with sleek and chic and could not have been happier! Molly is a fantastic stylist and gave me such beautiful, long-lasting curls. The team were so helpful when I had to change my appointment time and did all they could to make sure my day was stress free. I hadn't used a sunbed in over 30 years so I appreciated the sensible advice about starting off with shorter times and also to try the standing sunbed. They offered eye goggles which was helpful as I hadn't brought any. The whole process was clearly explained and the 3 minutes given was plenty of time to prepare before the session started. Very clean and enjoyable experience; hopefully I'll have a nice base tan for my upcoming holiday!

Wow! Popped in on the off chance I could get a very damaged nail tarted up! I was lucky I got in straight away, lovely service. Claire was very considerate and caring, my nail is very sore and messy. Looks amazing, I am so chuffed. Will definitely be back again. Thank you sooooooo much.xx

Not being from the area, I googled to find a good hairdresser and beautician and I was so lucky to have come upon The Little Sanctuary in Gillingham. Lee cut and colured my blonde hair to perfection, natural looking and perfectly blended with existing colour. The manicure and pedicure were top class, hygenic, very professional and my nails look wonderful. Almost makes me wish I lived here! Thank you.....if I am ever in the area again I will definitely be rebooking

I booked The little Sanctuary for my bridal hair and make up and I’m so glad I did! The whole experience from the trial to the wedding morning was so lovely! Through all the chaos of flower kids, bridesmaids and parents running around Gill and her team gave us stunning hairstyles and make up. We were all so happy with how our looks turned out. Even after a night of dancing our hair was on point and our make up looked great! Thank you to Gill, Kitty and the rest of the team!

It’s always a pleasure visiting Coleese and there’s no other salon I’d rather go to. All the staff are so friendly and attentive - they ensure I never leave unhappy with a service. Today the wonderful Madi did my hair. I’ve seen Madi at the salon during a lot of her training and it’s so lovely seeing her progress. She did an excellent job with my colour and styled it beautifully afterwards - I couldn’t be happier with the result!

Have used Emma's a few times now, both at Courtyard and now in their new Salon. I have always been really satisfied with my cut. Previously, I have had Charlotte and she's very good. More recently I gave Freya ( their Level 3 apprentice) a go and she was also very good, and I was reassured with the fact her work was checked over before finishing to ensure it was up to standard, (which it was!). I always find the pricing very reasonable also so all round happy with the service and will definitely be back. Thank you.
