It was my first visit to Elem today and I was really impressed. All the staff were lovely, friendly, professional and attentive. I was made to feel relaxed and pampered. Really pleased with the cut by Scott and his hair care/styling advice.

I had a cut and blow dry with Shelley on the 24/8 Shelley was great she completely understood what my very thick hair needed, she took lots of time care and attention, checking I was happy throughout. I always feel quite nervous about having my hair cut as I’ve had a few disasters but Shelley gave me the confidence I was in good hands. I normally get home after the hairdressers and have to work a bit more on my hair but this time I didn’t need to do anything it was cut and dried exactly how I like it. I’d definitely recommend Shelley especially if you have thick curly hair like myself. I will definitely return👌

Everything, from the initial consultation, as I was a new client, to the colour and cut, was professional. Scott used two colours to 'lift' my grey hair: I was delighted with the result. The cut was exactly what I asked for, he talked about what he would do before cutting, to ensure I was happy with the layers and overall length. Thanks, Scott...one delighted customer!😁

Wonderful experience having my hair re styled with Shelley. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed and spent time advising me regarding my face shape and what would suit me, l felt very safe knowing she would get it right! And this was my first visit!
