We visited yesterday for lunch and ordered a 'Chocolate overload' filled croissant, Chicken gyros, Salmon and cream cheese bagel, all of which were delicious and beautifully presented. Friendly staff, great service and a lovely atmosphere

Nice restaurant tucked out of the way in Otley. The decor was more of a living wall with painted areas, which gave it a refreshing feel. The staff gave us time to view the menu, although on this occasion we only had drinks. Prices were very competitive. Hopefully, we'll be back to try the food menu.

I had an outstanding experience yesterday at Olive and Fig. I came with my 8 month old to meet a friend with her smaller baby for food and drinks. The two ladies who were working front of house were absolutely outstanding. I don't want to sound dramatic, but it was the best customer service I've ever had! First, they updated us on the timings for our coffees as a couple tables had ordered hot drinks at the same time but they still came very quickly and were delicious. We were then given the heads up that food would take about 20 minutes, again because of multiple tables ordering at the same time but it came all together, hot and delicious! The bacon was gorgeous with minimal fat. They clearly use local ingredients! Now... I mentioned the babies. Mine is going through some sort of crisis (not really but she now screams). So, I took her upstairs to save the ears of the other diners after one of the ladies helped me put her into her carrier noticing her leg was askew. I'm not used to my baby being so distressed but this week, we'd moved to bottles over breast so I couldn't comfort her using my natural multi tool and just felt like a brand new mum again. One of the staff members came outside to ask if she could help with holding her or anything. I was so grateful for her offer and took her up on it so I could pay and pack up. My baby then fell asleep in her arms! She continued to tell me to take my time and made me feel so looked after (as well as my baby!). I took the opportunity to go to the toilet and forgot sanitary products and just accepted I'd have to change later on but then (are these people angels?!?) saw they had sanitary products by the sink!! I could have cried in happiness. Also, they use hand cloths to dry hands instead of dryers or paper towels which is not only the most hygienic but the most eco friendly! Anyway, my husband came back from his Grandma's memorial to a quiet scene of me packing with the most kind hearted lady holding our sleeping bub. The other lady was so kind too and asked a few times if I wanted my food packed to take away recognising I wasn't able to eat a lot of it. They were both pure hearted angels. Thank you for saving the day â€ïž Side note, my friend was dairy free and was able to get what she needed with ease. She was offered dairy free butter too and the choice of having it on the toast or on the side, which was a great touch.

Food was amazing! Service was great and had a lovely conversation with the staff. what a lovely hidden gem, cosy and warm perfect for a cold autumn day great place to stop off for a delicious breakfast before a jam packed day !!! Best place in otley !

Dropped in for a quick bite to eat. We ordered a sausage and egg sandwich and a bacon sandwich and pot of tea. Food and drink was delicious đ and hot. Service was excellent. It was also lovely to have a cuddle with Bertie (the resident pooch đ¶ who is so gentle and loves cuddles) Highly reccomend to anyone passing through Otley.

Lovely little independent cafe on the bridge. Warm welcome from the new owners and a delicious, very reasonably priced and super fresh bacon roll. Saved our day as had really struggled to find somewhere for breakfast. Very best of luck to you with this new venture.

Outstanding place. The food is better than most top restaurants that charge silly money. Family run. All staff appear happy and friendly. Great service. Clean, spacious and so affordable. We went 3 times for breakfast. I ordered cold porridge and they happily obliged. Also had a late lunch. The chicken salad wasn't a boring standard chicken salad it was lush.

Ă great place for lunch, a cafe with character. Not knowing Otley, we asked some young people and an older lady for recommendations for lunch, both said go to Mondo's. They were right. The staff are friendly and the food was good - and included dishes that were new to us. Great!

What a fantastic place!!! Firstly they are dog friendly so thatâs always good for me as I always have my four legged friend with me. We were greeted warmly and our order of two bacon sandwiches to takeaway was swiftly taken. The sandwiches were cooked to order and wow what a treat⊠I can honestly say Iâve never had such a good bacon sandwich⊠ever!!! It mustâve had 4 or 5 rashers of bacon, it was absolutely delicious⊠and of course my four legged friend, Mabel thought so too

Oh my goodness I cannot recommend this place enough. I promised my boy afternoon tea and I stupidly didnât book anywhere so I was ringing around places like a headless chicken. When they answered they said they canât do afternoon tea as they have run out of scones but if we went they would put something together for us and they did! It was special and amazing, the bread was soft and my little 2 year old who is a fussy eater LOVED the food. The little sandwiches were so yummy and the ham was really good quality. Honestly the atmosphere in this place is lovely, a home from home feel. SUPER friendly staff. You can tell they really love what they do and appreciate their customers. I will be booking an afternoon tea again shortly!

Went here today for the first time, was so so lovely! beautiful interior, so cosy. Pretty big menu with lots of good options, and the breakfast menu is served all day! it's dog friendly, saw some lovely dogs there, and they have a mini dog menu too with treats for them which is so cute. Definitely going back next time I'm in Otley, the staff were so lovely and friendly and it was excellently priced, cannot fault at all!!

Love this place it's a gem. The 'naughty' baked goods are on display to tempt you the moment you step through the door. I suggest a blindfold or you'll succumb to temptation. Love the 'vintage' plates and cake forks. Ever grateful to a friend for introducing me to this traditional 'hub'.
