I called Grant a bit concerned about a light fitting which was hot and smelled of burning. He was courteous and asked a few questions to ascertain how urgent the job was. He determined that he should come straight out and it's a very good job he did, we were scarily close to having a house fire. He and the other gentleman who came out (sorry I missed his name!) were friendly, professional and efficient, I felt comfortable that we were in good hands. The invoice was very reasonable for the work carried out. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to others

Highly recommend this beautiful restaurant. Food exceptional! Service exceptional! Atmosphere wonderful! 6 of us were celebrating our daughters birthday and we were not disappointed. We had a wide range from the menu and every meal was delicious. The cocktails were excellent and the coffee to finish was the best we've had in a very long time. Really good value for money with a wide range of choices and prices. Want to thank the owners and staff for making our evening such a special time. We cannot wait to return.

Came for a large family meal whilst on holiday from Australia. We all had an excellent meal and I loved the mozzarella entree and the lasagna main dish. Mrs C enjoyed her king prawn tagliatelle. Also, the brother in law had a monster calzone. Recommended.

Hands up how many of you have driven past this hidden gem or walked past it il go first I am guilty has the traffic that goes past it is unreal plus there is car parking to the left of the building which I never knew it actually says on the door before entry I noticed the outside has a rustic look to it which is a nice touch . Has I stepped inside I was greeted by the owner who runs a family oriented business with his heart set on Italian food I was feeling a lot of passion he also told me about his family history which I found intriguing plus how he wants to carry on the family routes also the place has a ground floor plus an upstairs with some interesting decor around the place which I found very nice to look at also while inside I forgot we were near a busy junction plus with background music playing now the important thing the food they have some cracking deals which you can’t go wrong with so if you like Italian food like pizza or pasta or any Italian dishes now I would highly recommend this place book online or give them a ring weds -Sunday they also a fantastic range of dessert who doesn’t like a good choice of desserts plus not forgetting cocktails or other non alcoholic beverages now where do I finish off the place looked pretty clean & nicely set out with comfy chairs with a really nice friendly vibe I can’t wait to call back on Sunday I am spoilt for choice I definitely love the family Italian roots you can tell you are in for a treat . Has I was leaving a guy in a van asked me if the place was any good I said call in when it’s open next & try it for yourself I wonder if he will hold me up to that.

Went for a meal this evening and had great food, well cooked by a chef who cooks authentic Italian dishes. Recommend this place wholeheartedly. Great food and excellent service.

Really pleased with the results. My new teeth look so natural, which is the look I was going for. Unless you saw my smile before, you wouldn't know I have had them do. The process was very smooth from first consultation to the work being carried out. Sia recommendation of cosmetic bonding were spot on as he knew how I wanted my teeth to look once the work was completed. I highly recommend Sia and the professional work he does.

Sia has changed my life! I came to Sia for a composite bonding smile makeover, to make my smile more even and to close gaps. The whitening treatment before the bonding was excellent and I noticed a huge difference very quickly with no sensitivity issues, which was surprising seeing as I have sensitive teeth. The bonding treatment itself was completely painless (again surprising!) and Sia worked his magic in a matter of 2 short hours and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I couldn’t believe the difference when I saw my teeth afterwards - I’m no longer conscious of what my smile looks like in pictures or when I’m talking to people. I wish I would’ve had the treatment done earlier! I can’t recommend Sia enough - from the start of the whole journey with the initial consultation to beyond the bonding treatment, Sia will ensure you feel comfortable and are happy. Dr Sia lord is an absolutely amazing dentist! He made me feel so relaxed and even had me laughing even though I’m terrified of dentists! The treatment I had was 100% painless and better still NO needles! I’ve recommended him to all my friends and will carry on. Always replies to messages on Instagram quickly and helpfully! If you’re looking for a dentist that is amazing at his job and is understanding then he is deffo your guy 😁

I would highly recommend Dr Sia Lord as his work is amazing!!! I have never been happy with my teeth but since Sia fixed them with veneers and teeth whitening, I can now smile confidently! Can’t thank him enough! He is super friendly and could not have asked for a better dentist experience.

Absolutely fantastic dentist! I could not recommend Dr Sia Lord Dentistry enough. From the consultation at the outset to having the deluxe whitening and composite bonding done the whole process was a breathe of fresh air! Sia listened to what I wanted to do with my smile and made sure that I came away with the perfect smile that I had asked for. All of it done was pain free too! He has given me the confidence to always be smiling! I am so unbelievably happy with my smile! If anyone is thinking about getting any cosmetic smile procedure done then this is the dentist for you he is both affordable and friendly! I will definitely not be going anywhere else!!

Would have no hesitation in recommending Dave. Had an electrical issue at my 95 year old Mums house, called him in the evening and he went to her house the next morning and sorted the problem. A real help, as I live two hours away. Thanks for your help, much appreciated!

Came here to eat a few weeks ago with my mum, have been in a few times and it never disappoints. It’s family run and you really feel a part of it, Sacha always remembers us and treats us so well! We have also been going to the deli for years which she also runs and the food and cakes are amazing.

Superb. Couldn’t fault it, everything was great, well presented & seasoned perfectly. Between the two of us we shared 3 small plates (pinsa bread, butter chicken, salt cod) and a mixed board which was a perfect amount of food. Staggered well, we didn’t feel at all rushed. See you again soon

The best Sunday dinner! The main roast is served family style which I loved then you can order sides too. Everything was so delicious, so much flavour. Service was great too! You get so much food for the price £25pp for two courses. We've been for the roast twice now and loved it just as much both times. Highly recommend booking in.

Cannot recommend the brickyard enough! I have been here for on a couple of occasions, for their yoga brunch and for Sunday lunch! The perfect events space, the ambience and menu is always fantastic. Hands down the BEST Sunday lunch we have ever had!

Jake fitted a built-in oven for us and we were very happy with his work. He was very accommodating to fit in with the delivery time, and did an excellent job for a competitive rate. Even more so, I want to mention how brilliant he was before he even arrived at our house: I had a million questions about what model would be suitable for us, and he answered them all promptly and patiently, which really helped us to make our choice. I will recommend Jake to anyone amongst my friends and family who needs an electrician, and he will be the first person I'll call when I' next need one. Great work and five star service, thank you, Jake!

Jake arrived early, reconfirmed his quote and set straight to work. Made a great job of it (and even changed round the shower buttons that the previous workman had got wrong). All in all a fantastic job I will definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family. He will be my 'go to' electrician for any work from now on.

Great restaurant, great service, great food. I went with a group of 26 and I couldn't fault the service and food. All was cooked fresh and we were all served quickly and efficiently. Everyone praised the food and they catered for vegetarian and gluten free dishes with no fuss. Sam was great with the pre booking correspondence and helpful on the day. Great menu choices including beer battered fish and chips, falafel burger, chicken tikka skewers, roasted carrots and cous cous, morroccan lamb flatbread, to name just a few. Reasonable price's

Paulicarus fancied a proper Sunday roast dinner so booked a table here. Friends had been before. Sat in what apparently had once been Europe's largest carpet factory. Certainly a huge building. A starter and main for £25. Two lamb and two beef. Good veg selection. We had starters of one wings, one paté and two chose asparagus and sea bass. All excellent. Good service and good wine. No real ale so Paulicarus had a £6.00 pint of lager. Very attentive service.

Good restaurant in Dean Clough mill complex. We called in with no appointment, and there was no problem getting a table. It was a quiet early afternoon. The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. The food we chose was tasty and all prepared on site; there was one slight issue with one of our dishes and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating in resolving the problem, this was appreciated but not expected from us. True North is definitely worth a visit. It's a quality restaurant serving good quality food; this is our second visit and won't be our last.

The food here is absolutely fantastic, whether it's breakfast, Sunday lunch or an evening meal. This place is highly recommended, and I have been several times and will be back again in the near future. It's located in the Dean Clough Mill, complex, free parking. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I visited for the first time today having recently moved from Leeds to Halifax. We were hoping to find a new favourite Sunday roast spot, and we certainly have! We both opted for the roast pork belly and agreed it was one of the best roast dinners we've ever had at a restaurant: perfectly cooked pork belly, generous portion size and delicious sides- we both loved the cauliflower cheese. Service was attentive without being too much, and the restaurant's setting in the historic Dean Clough was the cherry on top! We're already planning our next visit, thank you True North :)

What a man!! We got Ray to do our garden lighting. He came exactly when he said he would and quoted us a really competitive price. He was so approachable-he altered things when we asked and was so flexible in his approach. The results are absolutely fantastic. I initially enquired with Kane Electrical for a variety of big and small jobs I needed at my home. From the initial quotation to the finished job I just cannot fault Ray. No nonsense, punctual, hard working and above all honest, with superb workmanship and straightforward advice at every step - he is what every tradesman should strive to be. The quality of his work speaks for itself. Ray was incredibly neat and tidy for what was at times a messy and awkward task and when I added even more work to an already long list he got on with it faultlessly. I am over the moon with the completed work and the small touches, pointers and helpful advice from Ray, along with minimal disruption were all very much appreciated.
