We popped in for a late lunch, the staff were very accommodating found as a table. The service was very prompt, and the food came out very quickly. There are a large number of options on the menu, and we decided to have the mixed Mezze. We will have added on some lamb meatballs with pistachios. The food was very delicious, and we really enjoyed the fact that they served all the dishes on different plates. Looking forward to our next visit and trying some different dishes.

Absolutely delicious. We popped in without booking on a Saturday lunchtime and they squeezed us in. Ordered a mixed platter (meat) for 2 and we weren't disappointed. Generous portions and variety, service was very good, also had baklawa which was incredible! Would highly recommend, and we want to try the mains next time, because other peoples dishes on their tables looked and smelled amazing.

I called the practice at 9 am on Monday morning to register as a client and book my cat in for an appointment. We were in with the vet just over an hour later. All the staff were friendly and the vet Alison was excellent. Very happy cat and owner. I would recommend the practice.

Chris recently did various electrical tasks for us, mainly removing/adding sockets and switches, as well as replacing some light fittings. His communication with us before and during the work was excellent and he offered lots of helpful suggestions and explanations. He left everything so clean and tidy and we are very pleased with the work done. The price was also great value compared to other quotes we got. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Orsidaen Electrical Services.

My border terrier Monty slipped and injured his back and was having problems walking in his back legs. From the start everyone was fabulous, and his vet Louise was amazing, very reassuring, and professional. Monty is receiving the best care and doing really well!

Cedar vets never fail to be absolutely responsive. My dog became worrying ill and within 1 hour of calling she was she, examined, diagnosed and provided medication ….. 24 hrs later thankfully she is on the mend. Thank you Izzy - amazing service!.

Cedar took great care of our 10yr old JRT today as he underwent a (big) lumpectomy, we have always used cedar for both our JRT's & recieved nothing but the best. Here he is in the car on way home, strapped in looking like nothing happened! Thanks Cedar! Especially Millie Hopkins!

Our search for an electrician has been really hard! No responses and no quotes returned from multiple tradespeople. Sarah was fantastic at contacting me, was flexible with fitting me in and was great with communication. We have a house that has old and rather unusual wiring - this has stumped other less experienced electricians. Sarah came up with a plan which was cost considerate and sensible, she was transparent and honest about the job. Sarah kept me informed of the changes to the plan we’d discussed and completed a job that wasn’t straight forward. Great services, can’t fault it. Will 100% be using her services in the future, 5 star recommendation from me!

Having got myself in a DIY pickle, Sarah came to my rescue! Called her on a Saturday afternoon and she came over within a few hours! Incredible service, great communication and clearly very skilled and knowledgeable. Sarah's charge was also extremely reasonable considering that it was a weekend call out - many other electricians would have named their price! I will definitely be using Sarah again and recommending to others.

Sarah was very professional and responded to my query via her website the same evening. She kept me informed when she was going to be slightly later than originally planned and she worked in a very tidy and unobtrusive way. Very responsive to request to review issue with light in overhead extractor fan. Assessed and ascertained problem, agreed together that repair of fitting would be better for environment than replacement of whole unit. Arranged further appointment and fixed in good time. I really appreciate Sarah's no-nonsense honesty and openess about the jobs she helps with. I'd be very happy to recommend her for any work that needs doing.

Fantastic team! After a slight hiccup with the registration, everything was sorted very fast, and my cat was booked in to have his surgery literally the next day. Amazing communication and great staff. The reception team was great, especially Nicki (sorry if I spelt the name wrong). I had a car accident on the day the cat was to be operated on and I got rebooked for the next day with no issues. The nurse was very caring and kind. The vet was also very thorough, there was no pressure to do any more treatment than was necessary. Overall, very happy with how we've been treated here. (Not sure how the cat feels about his balls though.) Besides that, I've even discovered a day later that they clipped the cat's claws. We will certainly be coming back here for any future treatment.

Friendly, professional and efficient. I took my house cat for his first check up and to restart vaccinations after covid/moving house. Prices are reasonable and Tibbles was back to himself as soon as we got home. It was probably his least traumatic trip to the vets to date. Really glad we found this surgery and we recommend them. You won’t regret it.

Really good friendly vets. I take my rabbits for their health checks and vaccinations (and neutering surgery). The vets have always seemed genuinely caring and are good with small animals. When one of my rabbits passed away, I told the surgery to update their records and I later received a really thoughtful, handwritten, bereavement card in the post to show they care. It always seems to be busy with people and there's easy parking.

I love Kingsclere Veterinary Surgery (which feels much more spa than surgery) but more importantly, so does my 14 year old cat! The reception team are calm and welcoming both on the phone and in-person and the vets highly knowledgeable, experienced and kind. I've really appreciated the amount of time devoted to each consultation and the truly bespoke service offered. Such an improvement on previous clinical experiences we've had that made me dread taking her. Huge thanks.

This is the most lovely, caring veterinary practice that I have ever been to. Laura and her wonderful team looked after my pug Reggie when he visited for a dental appointment this week. During every step of the day that Reggie spent with Laura I received photos and updates reassuring me that all was okay. The level of care and professionalism was second to none. The practice has a lovely calm vibe and is very unlike any other I have been to, both pets and owners are put at ease. I cannot recommend Laura and her team enough, they couldn’t have done any better.

My dog simply loves his visits to Kingsclere Veterinary Surgery, where the staff make him feel welcome, happy and relaxed. And I’m equally happy with the care they give, the time they take to explain everything, and the quality of treatment. So far he has only needed routine checkups and vaccinations, but I feel confident that, if anything more serious arises, he will get the best possible care. Pippin was delighted today when I told him we were going to the vet, and very happy and excited when we arrived, as always! Thank you for his vaccinations, which he didn’t notice because he was too busy licking up the liver paste he had come for.

I seldom post reviews, but was hugely impressed by Simon's swift and efficient service at a superbly competitive price, and so happily offer one based on my experience. Polite, efficient and pragmatic, Simon communicated consistently and simply throughout. Simon came to change our consumer unit and fit a new EV charging point at my mother's house. He was very responsive to phone calls and messages and managed to fit us in at short notice despite a busy diary. I can't recommend Village Vets enough. We've been registered with them for years and have had nothing but the very best experiences. Both Pat and Tom have a wonderful way with both my cat and dog and I always feel they are in the very best hands. They always take the time to explain everything and give you all the options available. They were especially kind to me when my cat was attacked by a dog and really made an awful experience a lot easier to deal with. My cat has both chronic kidney disease and hyperthyroidism and Pat has been excellent throughout, providing us with guidance on treatment and helping keep my cat's stress to a minimum. Would highly recommend.

We have recently moved to Valley park and fortunate enough to have our dog registered with this fabulous vet practise. Pat and his very lovely team have been above helpful, friendly and professional in dealing with me, our dog and a couple of other issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Village Veterinary Centre to anyone looking for somewhere fab with pets.

We called MiNightVet because our cat was limping quite badly and we wanted him seen quickly fearing a broken bone or infection. The service was excellent, I had an appointment inside an hour, the vet was friendly and professional, the diagnosis and my options regarding treatment were explained in detail and other advice was really helpful. It is not a cheap option, no vetinary treatment is, but given this was a Saturday Evening and my cat was given medication both at the vets and to take away, I felt it was a very reasonable charge and certainly preferable to seeing my little buddy in pain for the rest of the weekend. Great service and 5 stars from me.

I knew my beautiful dog needed a helping hand to cross rainbow bridge. My angel was given first class treatment. Molly was just so genuine and caring. Nick the vet who treated Gwen was outstanding. One of the hardest nights of my life and I couldn’t have asked for more compassion. Molly and Nick went above and beyond. My other dog jumped in the car and wouldn’t come out so when we arrived at the practice, Molly brought out a lead and then picked Gwen up and carried her in. That’s what you call an amazing service and I am eternally grateful. Thank you all so much. 💔💔😭😭 Gwen was PTS on Sunday 7th JANUARY 2024

Absolutely did not want to be there but the service we received was second to none. Kind, caring & considerate. The vet (sorry I cannot recall his name) who helped our Ronnie over the rainbow bridge was so quiet, calm & caring & gave us as much time as we needed. Ronnie's passing gave him the peace he deserved after fighting for so long & was very quiet & peaceful.
