Absolutely fantastic dentists surgery with an incredibly professional service and friendly staff. I had my teeth straightened, with aligners, and the process was explained thoroughly to me from start to finish. I am very pleased with the end result and paid significantly less that other local providers. Would definitely recommend.

Smile n Shine is a lovely practice. The staff are kind and friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I love the screen with the calming sounds and pictures they have in their rooms. I was nervous going in, but the bird song and music almost made me fall asleep. The check-up also cost less than I was expecting. Edit: I've just looked at charges for check ups at other practices near me and they're double the price!

I discovered Smile n Shine after having been with my previous dentist for over 20 years. They were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and during my initial check up gave me so much valuable information on how my teeth looked, what I was doing right, and what I needed to do differently. I really liked the way they brought this to life with a digital 3D scan, highlighting the key areas so I could see for myself exactly what they meant. Prices are very competitive too, I'll definitely be back!

Exceptional Dental Care – A Lifesaver for a Visitor! I was visiting from USA when I started experiencing severe pain in my molar. It became unbearable, and I urgently needed dental care. Thankfully, I found ‘Smile n Shine’, and they were nothing short of amazing. Despite being from another country, the staff was incredibly accommodating and scheduled me in right away. Dr. Bhavika quickly diagnosed the issue and performed a root canal and fillings with great skill and care. The procedure was painless, and the relief was almost immediate. Throughout the process, the doctor and team made sure I was comfortable, explaining every step with patience and professionalism. Beyond the excellent treatment, the entire clinic had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was cheerful, friendly, and went out of their way to make me feel at ease. The clinic itself was spotless, with a clean and modern setup that immediately reassured me I was in good hands. I am truly grateful for their exceptional service and kindness. Lifesmiles was recommended to me by a friend and I am so pleased I tried them. Cheerful friendly relaxed atmosphere. I’ve had a bone graft and four implants - treatment was almost completely painless. Paracetamol only needed for first twenty four hours after treatment. Competitively priced. If you want to fill a gap in your mouth, this is the place to go - Go for it, you will not regret it 🦷 Lovely staff, I’ve even been promised a tub of strawberry Haagen Daz ice cream after my next visit - Dr Meroz??!!??

Gone are the days of crying along to youtube videos of dogs being told they're going to the vet. I had a cracked wisdom tooth that was assessed within hours! Glad i chose local anaesthetic as i would not have experienced the magical firework show coming from my mouth to admire during the painless extraction. Lovely welcoming, caring and professional staff turned it all from dread to therapy. Got my teeth cleaned the week after which gave me my smile back and knowledge of how to keep it. After a long time from start to finish (which is rare) I have a new front tooth and am very happy. After my first visit, everyone made me feel very relaxed. Then after my initial consultation with Daniel he explained the process from start to finish of an implant. Having Daniel and his Assistant Victoria take care of me was not only relaxing but informative. I'm really pleased with the outcome. Most people carry tension walking in to a dental surgery but everyone at Westbrook house is there to make you feel relaxed and ensure that you, the customer, are ready for any procedure. Thank you

I had a very bad experience with a dentist as a child, & it gave me the worst fear. A year ago Imogen opened up some nhs spots, & I grabbed one for my daughter and I, determined she wouldn’t have the same fear as me. The team are amazing! Nothing like what I experienced as a child. My daughter gets excited talking about her dentist, & I am now in a place where I have no anxiety going for a visit or treatment. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

This dental practice is simply the best. I hadn't been to the dentist for far too long and on recommendation made an appointment. From walking in the door the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. It can be embarrassing and intimidating to visit a dentist if you haven't been for a while, but not with this practice. Their advice is thorough and and the work I have had is exceptional. I would particularly like to thank my dentist Dr Angali who is so passionate, devoted and meticulous about her work and Grace who is such a lovely lady and so very knowledgeable, helpful and empathetic. However all the staff at this practice deserve 5 stars. I actually really enjoy an appointment at the dentist now! Thank you Olive Tree.

Had a complex tooth extraction at Newbury dental practice! My appointment was cancelled twice which was not ideal as I had to travel to get to Newbury and so the money on trains was wasted. However when my appointment did go ahead it was a faultless experience!! Reception staff were lovely and kind, the oral surgeon and his assistant were funny and encouraging, and the procedure commenced on time and was swift and painless!! Probably the best experience of how a nasty procedure could go!

I can't recommend All Plumbing Services Ltd Newbury more highly. They installed a very efficient new boiler and water tank for our 7 bedroom house with absolutely no hiccups. It was a big job and one that potentially could have had many issues. They were clean, tidy and incredibly professional. They also liaised with the company that installed the new oil tank to ensure that all of the key requirements were aligned with this part of the project. An absolute pleasure to have them in our home. The difference with All Plumbing Services in comparison to other plumbing services is that they are supported by an incredibly efficient team in the office that expertly field all calls that come in and deal with each one in a superbly professional manner. They ensure that all queries are answered quickly and appointments are scheduled efficiently. You would be mad to use anyone else!

Excellent service from APS Ltd. Clear communication from the offset and nice to speak to human beings rather than queue to speak to a chatbot. Our installer, Daniel, did an excellent job and explained everything in a straightforward manner and cleaned up after himself. This experience reminded me that going local on a friend's recommendation is often the best choice rather than going for one of the "big boys" with a flashy website. Shout out to Tanya too!

From walking in to leaving, a really great experience! We arrived and had our coats taken by the lovely front desk lady. Once at our table we went relaxed after a walk and took in the surroundings. Really well set up, very relaxing ambience and loads of staff which is so important for this standard. Great food, starters, mains, puddings. Really good use of local products where possible, great wine choices, impressive all round. I didn't take many pictures as I enjoyed the moment! Oh - the cheese board was delightful! (Prices appropriate given the standard of food and service).

We came there by chance as we were driving by and it is a very nice place to visit, quite popular by the business of it, the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing with a feel of luxury. The dishes are prepared carefully and served with a spectacle that adds to the experience. The mix of flavours and ingredients enhance the experience. Staff very friendly and caring, would definitely recommend if in the area.

Phenomenal. Picturesque setting, delicious food and impeccable service. Updating seasonal menu items keep you coming back for more. Well deserved Michelin star. The set course menu is amazing value Highlight: The Fillet of beef, girolle mushroom, tomato and sweetcorn salsa, wet garlic, Woodspeen herb crumb red wine jus, summer truffle salad. Unusual but amazing combo! Will be back!
