I’m not usually a fan of going to the dentist, but this visit completely changed my experience. From the moment I walked in, the reception team was so lovely—they explained everything in detail and made sure I felt comfortable while waiting. The dentist was incredibly professional, friendly, and truly listened to all my concerns. He took the time to explain every possible option and provided a clear recommendation on what would be best for me. I’m really pleased with the care I received and would highly recommend this practice to everyone looking for a trustworthy and reassuring dental experience!

I and my family have been attending Ferry Dental Centre since 2022 with various dental issues and had only positive experience. Dr Iuri helped me with a number of dental issues including some complex reconstructions with onlays. He always took time to explain all the details and options available and I would like to express special thanks for his patientce and persistence in advising and explaining the importance of a night mouthguard for me. Dr Dennis is a brilliant specialist in dental implants, can only highly recommend him. Hygienist Yustin was superb in providing prophylactic and periodontal treatment. Assisting nurses were lovely and attentive. Reception team was always pleasant and welcoming with bookings and paperwork sorted timely and efficiently. I would like to emphasize high standards of dentistry and hygiene that Ferry Dental Team adheres to, including offering extensive new patient exam, using X-ray, dental microscope, rubber dams and modern materials and techniques. Keep doing great job!

Ferry Dental has amazing dental services. They explain the process thoroughly, solve all the questions, very precise working, calm environment and experience as a patient. Excellent professionals and equipment. I had a visit today for endodontics and cleaning and I was impressed by all those details, I really recommend them.

After many years of neglecting my teeth and an almost phobic fear of dentists, a very bad toothache brought me to Ferry Dental after reading so many reviews of so many dentists in Southampton…. and I’m so glad I did! From the moment you enter the waiting room, the ambient, crisp clean decor, the welcoming and kindness of the reception staff, the subtle, calm music, in fact, the whole aura of Ferry Dental exudes a professional calmness, which all helps to quell the nerves, even mine… and that took some doing! All my appointments have been punctual, which really helps when you’re so nervous. Dr. luri Coev quickly got to the root (literally) of my pain and after xrays , showed me the extent of my problems but in such a calm, quiet, matter of fact way, I felt safe with his knowledge and expertise. He took so much time explaining my options and costs before we came up with a plan, that I came away feeling positive. Scared but positive. Since that first consultation, I have had several extractions, partial dentures made and fitted and now awaiting splints to hold some of my remaining loose teeth for a while longer. I was terrified about the extractions but my fears were totally unfounded, thanks to a combination of Dr. luri’s expertise and the support of his wonderfully kind dental nurse, who literally held my hand on occasions. I’ve also had two periodontal sessions with the equally professional Justine and her nurse. After years of neglecting my teeth, Justine took every care, checking all the time that I was alright, never rushing and so gentle, showing me and explaining what needed to be done. What is also so reassuring, is the courtesy of a follow up email within the first 24/48 hours, checking that all's well and there aren't any problems. In my seven decades of dental treatment, I have never felt so reassured. The whole team at Ferry Dental are so professional and approachable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Absolutely first class dentistry!

Really good! Dr Hennie and Dr Harry are amazing. They take their time and make u feel comfortable, especially good when you get the nerves when going to a dentist. I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! The clinic is new and modern with easy parking.

Due to a bad experience in my teens it is 22 years since my last dental treatment. I was so anxious. However Anna was the epitome of calm, empathetic, yet professional. Just the right balance of ‘get on with it’ and care. I couldn’t be more grateful for the way I was looked after and the treatment received.

Just 10 weeks after moving home our 'new' boiler broke down. Thankfully, with outside temperatures extremely low, Dave recognised our vulnerability and his team installed a new boiler with remarkable speed. The new boiler is doing a great job, and we are so grateful for their excellent service.

The heating engineer was extremely helpful testing my radiators and explaining controls. In addition, he provided a gas safety certificate after checking my gas supply and cooker. Highly recommend this personal service - have used OnTrack Heating for over 4 years.

Sam came out and did our quote - he was lovely and very knowledgable. The quote was very competitive. Ben came out and did the work, he did a really great job. A full new combi system from scratch as we didn’t have a present system already. It’s a very tidy job, everything works perfectly and we finally have a nice warm house! Thank you very much.

An unplanned emergency trip due to Lily choking on a bit of biscuit. The receptionists immediately went to get help and took Lily directly out the back.After what seemed an age Millie called us in and said that Lily was ok after a spell in an Oxygen tent. I can't fault the team at Alresford,they are always friendly and helpful regardless of the reason.Its clear they care deeply about all their patients. Thank you from Lily and Daisy

Cedar vets never fail to be absolutely responsive. My dog became worrying ill and within 1 hour of calling she was she, examined, diagnosed and provided medication ….. 24 hrs later thankfully she is on the mend. Thank you Izzy - amazing service!.

We normally take Dexter to see Millie who is absolutely fantastic but we saw Lisa who was equally friendly and really focused on putting Dex at ease first. We felt listened to which is the service we like. Such a fantastic vets, we always come away happier knowing our fur baby is happy.

I have just had an unvented cylinder system installed. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the house was kept clean throughout the time they were here. I used this company a couple of times recently- to fix a squealing toilet & repair a leak in another. Different engineers came out & both were brilliant! They explained what needed doing & why. Both were friendly yet professional & very efficient. One of the engineers came out twice (to assess the issue & then to repair it). On the second visit he remembered me saying that I only moved in a few months ago & he made sure I knew where my stop cocks were & how to use them (the information the previous owner left wasn't entirely clear!). He also answered other questions I had. Also, the office staff who I spoke to on the phone were excellent. Extremely helpful & ensuring that the jobs were booked in on suitable timescales. I thoroughly recommend this company & will certainly use them in the future. A real find.

DJW plumbing were great in our time of need. Our boiler broke and they were able to come out the next day to check. Alfie then came back with the needed parts and heating was restored. Very friendly, explained everything and reasonably priced. Thank you!

My dentist referred me to The Wessex Dental Specialist Centre for a tooth extraction. From my initial consultation to removing the tooth, everyone was lovely. The girls at the reception were warm and welcoming. Richard and his team were totally amazing. I was very anxious about the procedure, but Richard and his dental nurses were brilliant. They made sure I was relaxed and looked after me. They even made me laugh. :-) A BIG thank you to you all.

I was in a car accident, got knocked off my bike and suffered several injuries including the loss of 2 front teeth and another fractured and displaced. This resulted in a lengthy process including root canal, extraction, splinting and implant surgery. The dentists and nurses were caring and delivered amazing care through my treatment. They made me feel safe and comfortable through such a trauma. Huge thanks to Ben, Alistair, and Bernadette i can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommended this practise!

Fantastic team! After a slight hiccup with the registration, everything was sorted very fast, and my cat was booked in to have his surgery literally the next day. Amazing communication and great staff. The reception team was great, especially Nicki (sorry if I spelt the name wrong). I had a car accident on the day the cat was to be operated on and I got rebooked for the next day with no issues. The nurse was very caring and kind. The vet was also very thorough, there was no pressure to do any more treatment than was necessary. Overall, very happy with how we've been treated here. (Not sure how the cat feels about his balls though.) Besides that, I've even discovered a day later that they clipped the cat's claws. We will certainly be coming back here for any future treatment.

This is the same as most vets, however the receptionist was very chatty and helped pass the time whilst waiting and the vet I saw was knowledgeable and understanding towards my pet. My only negative would be hat you rarely see the same vet when you visit, so their is no consistency.

Really good friendly vets. I take my rabbits for their health checks and vaccinations (and neutering surgery). The vets have always seemed genuinely caring and are good with small animals. When one of my rabbits passed away, I told the surgery to update their records and I later received a really thoughtful, handwritten, bereavement card in the post to show they care. It always seems to be busy with people and there's easy parking.
