I've been with Alton Dental for 6 years now, and they are by far the best dental practice I've attended. Dr Nik, Bethan and the receptionist team (Dhev and Grace) always greet you with a friendly, welcoming smile. You are never made to feel rushed, and Nik is always willing to explain/answer any questions. I've had all my old fillings restored over the past few years, and finished off with Invisalign; best decision ever! My teeth are in the best condition they've ever been in! I no longer feel nervous before a visit to the dentist as I know I'll have the best treatment. Thoroughly recommended! Thank you!

Who likes going to the dentist ?.. no one right ?..Well actually, I don’t mind it at all anymore. Since joining Alton Dental I no longer dread dental appointments. Thanks to my amazing dentist Sukh & the fabulous Natasha, having treatment is now a genuinely happy experience. From the friendly & very helpful reception staff to the extremely professional and personal care that I get from Sukh, a trip to the dentist is now no worry at all. I count myself as extremely lucky to have such a great Dental practice.

I have only good things to say about this Dental Practice, from the Reception Staff to my Dentist Sukh and his Nurse Natasha. The Customer Service and treatment are both excellent. Visiting a Dentist can be a daunting experience but honestly I couldn't recommend them more highly, go ahead and make that appointment now, you will not regret it

It’s my second time going here and I’m really impressed. The coffee to go tastes MILES better than you’d get at Costa/Starbucks. The staff are lovely. Previously I queried how to use a moka pot and was given a full intro for it by the lady serving me (she was so patient!) and today’s employee was also very friendly. I’m enjoying the fresh coffee grounds at home too, and just really looking forward to trying more blends!

Lovely coffee house - we watched the coffee beans roasting while waiting for our lattes and bacon rolls. Lots of coffee varieties on offer, together with cakes, rolls, bubble tea etc. Brilliant 👍🏻

So this review is for my recent mail order of coffee beans - Celestial and Tiger Stripes blend. I have ordered ground in the past but we’ve now moved to grinding our own beans. Tried both these now and they are absolutely lovely. The tiger stripes in particular is gorgeous! They put commercial supermarket blends to shame and it’s a much better experience than a high st chain. The delivery was swift as well. Thank you.

I’ve been twice now and will continue to go back. I had a Thai Milk Tea the first time which was absolutely incredible. Had no idea what to expect but that has quickly become my new favourite drink! The next time, I had the iced version which was just as yummy. I drank it in seconds! Super friendly and helpful staff too, great coffee shop

What a little gem in Alton! We had a fantastic time visiting dill. We were very late to our reservation due to traffic and the staff were very understanding, which we appreciated. The atmosphere was very relaxing. We had the tomato and mozzarella sourdough special, the hog father (pork belly burger) special and the sweet corn fritters. We very much enjoyed everything!

I stopped at dill on a Saturday afternoon with some friends for lunch and a catch up. It’s in a great position in central Alton and is in a beautiful old character building. It was bright, modern and clean inside, and there were plenty of tables - which is good as it’s a popular place. The menu has plenty of options and it was difficult to choose what I fancied as it all sounded so good! I settled on their chicken burger which came with fries and coleslaw. It was absolutely delicious, and the portion was very generous too. The service was friendly and efficient, and overall we had a fantastic lunch. I will definitely return again when visiting Alton, and I would highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere nice for breakfast or lunch.

The food was enjoyable and fresh, which is always a plus. Although it took about 25-30 minutes for a simple dish to arrive, the quality made it worth the wait. It was nice to see the ladies at the reception handling greeting and serving duties, as well as taking orders at the counter in a well-coordinated manner. I encountered two ladies, and while one, Trisha, was genuinely kind, friendly, and full of happiness, the other seemed to be having a challenging day and wasn't as pleasant to interact with. Understandably, we all have our off moments. Overall it was a nice first experience.

Downlight have rewired my house, fitted solar panels along with the inventor and batteries in addition to helping arrange and install an air source heat pump. Due to the the long running job and different elements involved i got to meet many different members of the team. I was really impressed with how professional the team were with all of the work they carried out to high standard and snag free. A big plus was the communication was clear and frequent meaning everything was carried out exactly as we requested. All the team we meet were really friendly and nothing was ever to much trouble meaning they were great to work with. I would highly recommend and i will use again in the future.

Lee and his team installed downlights throughout our house along with a few other jobs (security lights, toothbrush charger/holder & new sockets). They were very professional, friendly and efficient and I would highly recommend the company to others based on this experience.

Very impressed with the service we received from downlight electrical, specifically Tom. He was very efficient and did a really good job. Able to adapt things as we wanted and always discussed options with us before going ahead. Would definitely highly recommend.

WOW definitely a hidden gem.. We enjoyed our veggie breakfast it was delicious and naughty, They cooked the mushrooms in butter and the taste was amazing! We went back a few days later for another veggie delight. Super friendly owners lovely atmosphere. Well worth a visit if you're around the area. You won't be disappointed.

A little cafe that is slightly off the main road, it is really lovely and the food and staff are fabulous. I think it definitely comes under the heading of Hidden Gem. We were being healthy, so had the Greek Flatbread and the Port Salut toastie but the cooked breakfasts looked amazing. Very reasonably priced too. We'll definitely be back when we're next out for a ride :)

We stopped off here as we needed a morning refuel. We were greeted by super friendly staff. The lady who owns the cafe told us all about the locally sourced produce. The breakfasts when they came out were perfect. Best sausages we’ve had but everything was exactly as you’d want in a fry up. Would recommend to anyone passing nearby.

We're always hunting for hidden gems - those small independent places that deliver the combination of great coffee, delicious food, and exceptional service. The Cow Shed delivers on all fronts! The service is very attentive. The owner's homemade cakes are fantastic - a true labor of love you can taste in every bite! They serve Moon Roast coffee from Hampshire, mine was a Flat White which was perfect. The cooked breakfast? Honestly, it's the best I've had in recent memory, and surprisingly affordable! Everything arrived beautifully prepared, bursting with flavor, and piping hot. According to other reviewers, they source many ingredients from local producers, which explains the exceptional freshness and quality. We sat outside and took in the fresh but bright spring sunshine ☀️ We're already planning our next visit. Thank you to The Cow Shed team for a truly memorable experience!

A delightful culinary experience awaits at Cucina Dei Sapori.All dishes are prepared with fresh ,seasonal ingredients, and the flavors are simply outstanding! Stumbled across here by chance and so glad we did, a warm welcome and a warm restaurant on a chilly day. Staff were attentive and genuinely friendly and the food was wonderful. Definitely will return the next time we venture to Alton.
