Cannot fault the service from Tidal Heating. We had no heating or hot water & they came out straight away, even though they were fully booked. Lee fixed the problem straight away. Maxine & all of the other staff are a pleasure to speak to. Cannot recommend enough.

Will and his team worked tirelessly to ensure our bathroom re-fit achieved everything that we wanted. Fast to arrange a call out. Came bang on time with a text warning of the time of arrival. Will is so nice, and really works hard to get to the source of the problem. He fixed it and was a pleasure to deal with. They are dearer than some but you get what you pay for. Thank you. 5 stars in all respects.

Will carried out all planned work promptly and perfectly, in particular fitting a new shower. In addition he investigated a post-storm roof leak, which required using a very difficult access route. We will definitely ask him first whenever further plumbing needs occur.

Needed a plumber fairly urgently as couldn't use either basin or bath due to a very blocked waste pipe. Paul arrived the next day and did a wonderful job of unblocking also replaced a very worn u-bend. A nice polite man will use him again if ever needed.

Very happy with the work Paul completed for us today. An old lead pipe had sprung a small but worsening leak. We sent new forest plumbing 24/7 message on Saturday night and received a message back from Paul on Sunday saying he could come out on Monday morning. We sent a photo of the leaky pipe and he said he could sort it no problem despite it being an old lead pipe in a tight corner with no room to move. Paul started work immediately and job was done in just a couple of hours. Really happy with Paul and the quality of his work. Highly recommended!!

Proper emergency service! Luke and James responded to our need to repair a punctured central heating pipe in just over 2 hours today. They worked smoothly and efficiently together, resoving the problem in less than an hour. A true godsend, as we are due to have a new carpet fitted in the bedroom tomorrow morning! At a cost of £225.00, both my partner and I considered this a reasonable and realistic price for a call-out on a Sunday afternoon with no notice. They carried out the work as if they were in their own homes. What more can you ask for? Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Will Stone Plumbing was excellent. Will scoped a completely new central heating system and boiler upgrade / relocation and talked us through what he thought was best. Wayne and his apprentice smashed it out the park as it was a massive Job. They were great in the house and always asked if there were any issues. If you are looking for somewhere for a romantic date night or somewhere to go for a phenomenal meal, look no where else but here. Attentive staff, amazing fresh food, accommodating to allergies, light and fresh atmosphere. Only grip would be not prompting for a card tip, who carries cash anymore. Will return when next over this way! Highly recommended...

A delightful experience. Owner and head chef, Gavin Barnes, met us before the meal and explained his ethos of using the best ingredients, and where possible sourced locally. He will not compromise on quality. Gavin trained under and has worked alongside some of the greatest chefs in the business and this manifests in the dishes he delivers. If you enjoy really good food I cannot recommend the Highstreet Kitchen enough. Treat yourself.

Fantastic lunch spot. The service was spot-on. Attentive but not intrusive. Very warm and welcoming without over-doing it. And the food, oh my. The food was out of this world. The most tender chicken, the dept of flavours on the gravy, the sweetness of the cabbage… just phenomenal! My wife had the steak w/ asparagus and garlic butter and it did not disappoint. The portion size is veery generous and all the garnishes and fixings were delicious. We’ve had worse in proper steakhouses local to us. The fact that only the best local produce is being served and all the love and passion invested really shows. Do yourself a favour and have a look at the wine on offer and ask for advice if you need to. Both great new world and old world options that will cater for everyone. This was a party of 4 that just walked up without booking and the team said yes with a big smile. Thank you all for our great lunch. Memories were made around that table.

I would have been absolutely lost with out Luke .He went several extra miles to make sure I had heating and water after I foolishly did not register my boiler for warranty.luke sorted it all out quickly ! He then did my bathroom which I love ! He was clean tidy ,polite and professional.Would definitely recommend!
