Anj is the most attentive, caring, thoughtful dentist there is. She explains everything so well and makes you feel so calm. It was my first time at the practice today. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, and I was very pleased with my dental appointment. The dentist was very pleasant and thorough. I was also impressed with the way he was with my baby daughter, doing his best to put her at ease.

In the 2 years I've been coming to you and with my history of a very bad fear of dentists that started before I was 5 and from that experience my fear has stayed with me for over 60yrs everyone has been so understanding and helped me through some what for me has been traumatic treatment, it hasn't rid me of my fear but has enabled me to control it better so thankyou all for that. So I would recommend that anyone whose been in my situation and is also suffering with their anxiety or fear of dentists and I know there are many of you give these people a try as they will take very good care of you

I went to Dr. Daniel Meroz’s clinic after I was disappointed of my prior clinic’s function. My experience there was very positive. The clinic was very clean and sanitary, the staff was kind and friendly, and the overall experience was very good and I wasn’t stressed as much as I were in different places, hence to Daniel’s very kind and calming treatment, which made me feel secure and relaxed. Moreover, the price was fair and I was satisfied with the final result. I will sure comeback on my next yearly checkup.

Gone are the days of crying along to youtube videos of dogs being told they're going to the vet. I had a cracked wisdom tooth that was assessed within hours! Glad i chose local anaesthetic as i would not have experienced the magical firework show coming from my mouth to admire during the painless extraction. Lovely welcoming, caring and professional staff turned it all from dread to therapy. Got my teeth cleaned the week after which gave me my smile back and knowledge of how to keep it. After a long time from start to finish (which is rare) I have a new front tooth and am very happy. After my first visit, everyone made me feel very relaxed. Then after my initial consultation with Daniel he explained the process from start to finish of an implant. Having Daniel and his Assistant Victoria take care of me was not only relaxing but informative. I'm really pleased with the outcome. Most people carry tension walking in to a dental surgery but everyone at Westbrook house is there to make you feel relaxed and ensure that you, the customer, are ready for any procedure. Thank you

Phenomenal. Picturesque setting, delicious food and impeccable service. Updating seasonal menu items keep you coming back for more. Well deserved Michelin star. The set course menu is amazing value Highlight: The Fillet of beef, girolle mushroom, tomato and sweetcorn salsa, wet garlic, Woodspeen herb crumb red wine jus, summer truffle salad. Unusual but amazing combo! Will be back!

We came there by chance as we were driving by and it is a very nice place to visit, quite popular by the business of it, the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing with a feel of luxury. The dishes are prepared carefully and served with a spectacle that adds to the experience. The mix of flavours and ingredients enhance the experience. Staff very friendly and caring, would definitely recommend if in the area.

My first time using All Plumbing Services and i was impressed from start to finish. Tanya responded almost instantly to my enquiry and organised for my new electric shower to be installed the following week. Steve came to do the work and he has done an excellent job, he's also taken away the old shower, the packaging from the new shower and left the bathroom spotless. A great service all round!

Excellent service from APS Ltd. Clear communication from the offset and nice to speak to human beings rather than queue to speak to a chatbot. Our installer, Daniel, did an excellent job and explained everything in a straightforward manner and cleaned up after himself. This experience reminded me that going local on a friend's recommendation is often the best choice rather than going for one of the "big boys" with a flashy website. Shout out to Tanya too!

I had a very bad experience with a dentist as a child, & it gave me the worst fear. A year ago Imogen opened up some nhs spots, & I grabbed one for my daughter and I, determined she wouldn’t have the same fear as me. The team are amazing! Nothing like what I experienced as a child. My daughter gets excited talking about her dentist, & I am now in a place where I have no anxiety going for a visit or treatment. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I would highly recommend this dental practice! As a nervous patient I was very worried about having emergency treatment, the reception team were very kind and friendly which helped give me some reassurance as soon as I entered the building. Zahra and Cristina were amazing!!! Zahra was very helpful, patient and highly professional - she explained what was wrong with my tooth and discussed the treatment procedure in detail. During the treatment Zahra stopped multiple times to make sure that I was feeling ok and kept me informed of exactly what she was doing. Cristina was also very friendly and helpful especially when my treatment procedure ended up running into lunch time The service was excellent and I would 100% recommend this practice!

I’ve been using this practice for several years. The receptionists are very friendly, welcoming and efficient. My dentist, Zahra Nadia Javed, is absolutely first class. She always explains with great care the procedure that she considers to be appropriate for me. I often fall asleep in the chair such is her skill and ability to make me feel at ease. I actually can't believe these are my teeth!!! So after about 4 separate consulations at 4 different clinics, I finally found Charl. I knew pretty much straight away that this was going be the man to sort out my super overcrowded teeth. He was the only orthodontist to actually listen to what I wanted. To give you a bit of back story, I had braces as a teen but sadly didn't understand the importance of wearing my retainer not just after having my fixed braces removed but forever. Fast forward to my mid-thirties and my teeth are all over the place, especially my bottom row. The overcrowding was so bad that previous orthodontists had mentioned the likelihood of having to have a tooth removed to create enough space to straighten them up. Obviously that wasn't something I wanted, but I was considering it. Shortly after that covid struck and we were in lockdown, so no orthodontists were open and when they did re-open there was such a huge backlog of patients to attend to that the wait was going to be a few months. That's when a company (I won't mention the name) promising a perfect smile in a min of 4 months popped up with no clinic visits and my impatience and lack of funds drew me in. Needless to say this didn't work out for me because I was terrible at remembering to wear the removable aligners, so out of the 22 hours wear that you are supposed to do, I was maybe managing 14! Back to the drawing board I went, thinking that I was going to be stuck with these teeth that protruded out of mouth every time I spoke, I started to research local clinics that were offering fixed clear braces. I went to a couple of different clinics near by where I live, but they were really trying to push the clear aligners on to me and I knew myself by then and I knew I couldn't be trusted to wear them 24 hours a day and it wasn't what I was asking for. I almost gave up my search until I found the Newbury Smile Studio offering '6 months smiles'. They were about 30 mins away from me but I was determined to see what they had to offer. When I met Charl and his team for the first time, they were so friendly and inviting, I just felt at ease straight away. Charl listened to me as I told him everything I'd been through and what I hoped to achieve and he didn't try to sell anything but what I had asked for. He talked me through the plan, how long it would take, how much it would cost and before I had even left the chair I knew that I wanted to go ahead with the treatment. The first week of having the fixed braces was uncomfortable but tolerable. I had to eat soft foods and learn how to speak again but after that it was a breeze and the time seem to fly by! Now I have the most perfect set of teeth and and I couldn't be happier and if I had to do it all again to get the same result, I'd do it again in a heartbeat! However, I do intend to wear my retainer and take the after care alot more serioulsy this time! Thank you, Charl and Team!

As I got older my teeth changed, became crooked and the old composite was worn. I had a gap developing between front teeth that looked like pepper constantly in my teeth. I got 6 month smile braces and new composite. I also got whitener for my teeth. The change is amazing. I get so many complements on my teeth and smile now. Well worth the investment in my smile. Straighter teeth will be much healthier. Highly recommend Dr Charl.
