Georgie provided on the day coordination and planning support in the lead up to the day itself. We reached out to Georgie about 6 weeks before the wedding when we both felt we needed a bit of extra help in getting our To Do List down to the next level of detail and when we realised we wanted to have extra support on the day with our wedding being split across two venues. Georgie was with the bridal party on the wedding morning as we got ready, ensuring everything went like clockwork. We were all ready exactly on time, feeling so calm and relaxed that we all ended up playing UNO around the kitchen table in all our finery! She was then supporting us throughout the whole day, and as she knows Hampton Manor so well, she works really seamlessly with the rest of the on the day team. We couldn't recommend Georgie enough. It's sometimes hard to explain exactly what a wedding coordinator will do if you haven't worked with one before, but Jon and I have both reflected after the day that she was worth her weight in gold in terms of ensuring things ran smoothly.

I am writing this review as my wedding day has finally came and what an adventure it has been. When we first set a date, the thought of planning a wedding alongside working and raising a family felt overwhelming. Although I must admit a part of me was telling myself 'you can do it'. However, I kept procasinating and was uncertain where to start (is it the flowers, dress, venue.. lots of questions). I was recommended and introduced to Georgie from Lux Wedding Planner and had only ever seen wedding planners through watching films (my expectation was quite high!). Georgie did not disappoint. The relationship you build for me is the key to wedding planning and through Georgie's friendly authentic nature, curiosity, listening skills and understanding, it was easy to develop a relationship that was the foundation to create my dream day. Georgie was on hand and ready to negotiate and communicate on my behalf which reduced so much pressure. I was able to share my ideas and Georgie listened and was able to find ways to bring this to life. And Yes, my wedding was the dream I had as a little girl. Most importantly, Georgie showed great care and enthusiasm in her work which is a testament to her character. When the day finally came, Georgie was there- It is funny to think Georgie was once a stranger to me and now she is sharing one of my most precious memories with me and as I reflect - there is no one else I would have had to support and share it with. Georgie took all the stress from me in the day, allowing me to embrace the day and ensured everything moved smoothly. Even running to get my lipstick for my photo (sorry Georgie!). Georgie helped us plan our wedding at Hampton Manor over the eight months leading up to the day. The whole experience was smooth, calm, stress-free and most importantly, the outcome was a day and weekend where not one thing could have been any better. Georgie listened to us, was proactive, solved problems and was extremely responsive. She also knew that we were both busy with work and so made things very digestible for us and ensured our time was taken making decisions once and with all of the information in front of us rather than in a piecemeal way. There is absolutely no way we could have planned and run the day ourselves. In short, a perfect outcome and an incredibly smooth process to get there.

My husband and I got married in this hall in September 2024. I honestly cannot compliment the staff at Supreme enough. From our very first preliminary tour and meeting through to the very last, the staff particularly H, Dina and Andreana were so attentive, friendly, approachable and helpful! We had a particular vision of how we wanted the hall to look (autumnal deep reds and oranges) and we completely placed our trust in the decor team and my oh my did they bring our vision to life. Aside from being nervous on the day when I walked into the hall and saw how it looked I felt so emotional because it looked exactly as I dreamed. The attention to detail was absolutely second to none and three months after the wedding my husband and I still get approached and complimented on how beautiful our wedding day looked! The overall price was reasonable given how much they had to offer as well as the add ons they had available such as gol gappe and fruit platters to make the day extra special. If you’re thinking of booking your big day here, take it from me you’ll be in safe hands.

The Matharu’s team recently planned our wedding reception and they did not disappoint! We had a theme for our reception we wanted to achieve, and Harpreet and his team went above and beyond for us, and they exceeded our expectations. Their concept ideas were new and extravagant, ensuring our reception would be unique to us and for our guests. They were attentive to what wanted to achieve, and most importantly, a very supportive team throughout the entire planning process, right until the day of the party. We felt like we were able to trust the team from the very beginning with our plans, and we didn’t ever have to worry about anything. Being in a group chat enabled us to raise queries quickly and we also were able to speak to Harpreet directly when required. They treated us like family, and were always welcoming when we visited the venue. We wish we could go back and experience the decor again - 4:44, they not like us!! 🙌🏽

I absolutely loved the balloon display set up created by Sabrina from GG Events. It was for my daughters 1st birthday and the theme was Fairy First. I had given an inspo picture to Sabrina to show her what i wanted created and the outcome was even better than i imagined. She was so lovely as well and really helped to make my vision come true. We got married at the dodford Inn and as part of our package Clare decorated the venue for us! It was everything we could have dreamt of and more and really captured our vision. We recently got married and used Clare's Weddings to do our fresh flowers and we also hired their absolutely stunning blossom trees. We got married in 2012 and I cannot believe it was 10yrs ago now. We originally picked up Alexis card at our chosen wedding venue and I knew then that it was meant to be. Weddings are incredibly stressful in soo many ways and I am very particular. I knew that I needed somebody on the day that had our back and had our full vision of how we wanted our day to be and look like. We didn’t have the luxury of being at the venue the day before due to another wedding, so the first time we we’re going to see the room all made up was the same time as our guests. Alexis met with us, she discussed our wants and need’s and organised and pulled together all the details for the day. Nothing was too much trouble and honestly if I got married again, I would have Alexis. On the day of the wedding Alexis viewed the church to ensure everything was as it should be, she went on ahead to the venue and helped orchestrate suppliers/musicians/photographers/staff/guests etc… when we arrived at the venue, I was literally blown away. It couldn’t have gone any smoother and I honestly put that down to having Alexis. Her communication, organisation, attention to detail is second to none. Leah and the team at Cherished Moments were absolutely amazing from start to finish. I went in with no idea of what I wanted just 3 months until my wedding day. What can I say, Bows and Magic provided such a wonderful service! We had the pleasure of booking their love letters, dance floor and post box and couldn’t have been happier. The dance floor and letters glistened beautifully and kept our guests dancing and partying all night long. Wow, where do we begin! We had a lock-down wedding and planned a small intimate event. They planned the wedding and pre-party going above and beyond for each event.
