Lucie is amazing! We had Lucie as our on the day coordinator for our wedding in June 2024, and she was fab from start to finish. She is such a lovely person, and nothing is ever too much. She was so helpful, and just a joy to have around on our wedding day. In the run up to the wedding, Lucie was so organised and gave some really useful suggestions - particularly on timings, and ideas for various parts of our day. On the day, Lucie worked so hard to make everything run seamlessly, and our day was perfect because of that. I dread to think what she was dealing with behind the scenes whilst trying to keep us all on time and in the right place, but from our perspective everything was perfect and I know she worked so hard to make sure that was the case. From managing our suppliers, to driving my dog down to the church in my Dad's car(!!), and keeping my MC brother running to time, Lucie was beyond great, and our day would not have been the same (or as fantastic) without her. We were so lucky to have Lucie's help on our wedding day, and I can't recommend her enough. xx
We were SO thankful to have Lucie there on our big day. She made everything so seamless and easy from start to finish and really went above and beyond her duties throughout, which we will be forever grateful for. She is clearly very skilled in what she does, has the most warm and welcoming smile and we really enjoyed every second of working with her. Would 100% recommend to anyone getting married. Lucie was nothing short of a God-send to me for my wedding. She was so responsive, enthusiastic, and lovely to work with. The fact that she was so experienced working with Chenies Manor House meant that she knew exactly how everything worked, which made things easy, particularly for my other vendors, but she also knew how to make our day different to other weddings. I felt so at ease working with Lucie. Our wedding planning experience would not have been as special and smooth without her, and I simply cannot recommend her enough xx
Wow wow wow! If there was an option to choose 10 stars, I would! Lucie was unbelievable and that’s an understatement! Our wedding took place at Chenies Manor in Buckinghamshire and Lucie knew her way around the venue, which meant we didn’t need to worry about anything. In the run up to the wedding, Lucie was patient and understood our every need without us having to explain in depth. She gave us the reassurance we needed, to know our day would be perfect! On our wedding day, she took control of everything and even our guests were so complimentary of her! I had forgotten to write my name cards for the seating plan and told Lucie. She asked for all the names and the next minute, she’s printed them all out and placed them in the seats - always one step ahead! I was very nervous as my bridal entrance was approaching, but Lucie’s calm nature and warm personality completely relaxed me. She sorted out the trail of my dress without me even realising and guided me as I began my walk down the aisle, without even being seen by the guests. Honestly, I cannot recommend Lucy enough, you’d be lucky to have her! Aside from a fantastic wedding coordinator, Lucy was just a joy to have at our wedding!
Oh my goodness. Where to start! Daniel and I were recommended Lucy by Chenies Manor House in Bucks. We had grand plans, a lot of excitement, growing ambitions and a sand counter showing us exactly how quickly time was moving on. Our wedding was dry hire, but we had no ambitions for a crafting wedding . Neither my husband or I had the time or the desire to be up making table decorations into the night, every night. For those that do, you have my complete admiration! Dry hire sounds great, until you realise the enormous task ahead of not only selecting and engaging suppliers, but actually responding to what feels like endless emails- quite overwhelming. We set about working with Lucy to find some outstanding suppliers, many of which I have remained in contact with, simply because they became part of our team. The idea of creating a team of suppliers that feels like your own as a bride is truly wonderful. On our day and well before; the trust we had in each individual member was through the roof. It was our privilege to feel on that day, and in the days of the lead up, that we were all in it together. I don’t think many brides get to experience that. Lucy was at the forefront of building and supporting those supplier relationships. Lucy coordinated the comms with the supply team, ensuring they had everything they needed, nothing was over looked. From the arrangements of individual deliveries, to who would be steaming the table cloths EVERYTHING was in hand. The co-ordination of the day was carried out to an expert level. I can honestly say that the day went without a hitch which suggests one of two things: either everything went to plan (which in wedding terms is somewhat unusual) or perhaps not everything did go to plan, but in any event we were none the wiser. That is entirely credit to Lucy and the wider supplier team she coordinated on our behalf. The wedding fever began long before our wedding day. Lucy was there to help start the magic we still feel to this day. If you’re getting married, for heavens sake, get yourself a Lucy. All my love Holli xxx
