Our furby baby, Barney , left us a week ago to go over the Rainbow Bridge. Cannot thank Vicky enough for making his journey over the bridge as peaceful, calm, pain free and comfortable as possible. We sadly had to have our 2 15 year old spaniel sisters put to sleep due to illness and age issues. Vicky was compassionate, kind and treated both out dogs with dignity. She never made us feel rushed and once her part was done she quietly left so we could spend time with them. Thankyou Vicky for your kindness at such an awful time.

From the initial contact with Karen to the final contact with Vicky I have nothing but good to say about my experience with Serenity. It is never an easy time in any dog owners life to make that call. But when you do you want to speak with people that understand. Although contact was brief it fulfilled my need to know that I was entrusting my best friend to someone that was empathetic, sympathetic and fully understood the toll making a decision like this makes on an owner. Lola’s final moments were peaceful and in familiar surroundings. Vicky was unobtrusive and allowed us to go through the procedure as a family which I fully appreciate. Sadly I required the services of Serenity Vets.From the initial contact with Karen. To the final contact with Vicky. I had nothing but a good experience with them. It was not easy to say goodbye to Jess, as she had been my shadow for nearly 16 years. The situation was empathetic, sympathetic. I would recommend Serenity. The most wonderful team welcomes you and your animals. 1 of my dogs hated the last vets we went to but gets really excited when we go here. Lovely examination rooms where you sit on a sofa with your pets and they all clearly love their jobs. Brilliant.

Becca was so understanding and informative, and was only there to help. No judgement but quite happily (& gently) informed me I’d been a bit naive fool with taking other advice - always a positive to learn when it comes to the dogs! Completely above and beyond but was no rush - we were in for approx 40 mins having any questions answered and options discussed. The guidance was needed and very much appreciated. Moved 30 miles away and the visit yesterday is exactly why I decided to stay with Belvoir. A caring private veterinary practice with an amazing atmosphere in all staff. Have used many different vets previously & have never known a practice to be so happy. There’s clearly a good reason! Thank you from us!

Wished we had transferred to Belvoir vets way before now. Easy parking, clean comfortable practice,staff very friendly and helpful. Our consultation time was brilliant, it shone through that they are all animal lovers and it's not just a job, the vet we saw was thorough and so caring with our border. Didn't feel rushed and had everything explained, also I felt I was given time to ask any questions .Highly recommended. Able to book appointments on line too.

I cannot recommend Belvoir Vets enough. Unfortunately, we switched vets at a sensitive and upsetting time and I can't begin to express the care, sensitivity, and attention of the staff, especially Becca. We are so grateful to have found such a compassionate practice that really put their customers' needs first and it's the little touches after such a devastating time that really stood out for me. We miss Jiminie every day but know we did the right thing under the guidance of the right vet. Thank you all so much.

I would just like to thank every member of this fantastic team! After having a very poorly dog she desperately needed to see a vet.After calling my vets who id been with for years to be told no appointments and probably none for a couple of days I rang the old Registry who fitted me in within 45 minutes and registered both my dogs instantly.She was seen twice and given a very thorough check by 2 different vets ,sadly she deteriorated.I rang the vets and agreed to have my beautiful girl put to sleep in the comfort of her own home. Everyone was so kind from the receptionists the vet nurses and vets themselves.So much compassion and all obviously in the right job.A big thankyou to David and the nurse who came to the house(sorry didn't get your name) to put my baby to sleep just how she'd want it to be surrounded by everyone who loved her dearly. Great prices! Excellent 7 day opening hours and service! Well done to every team member,my baby is now over the rainbow bridge and out of pain Thankyou all❤️

David saved my dogs life after a serious dog attack and head trauma, he is an incredibly skilled surgeon, not only did he put my dog back together, he also dealt with us having a complete anxiety meltdown. He was calm, professional and competent, and we cannot put into words how grateful we are. My dog was an inpatient for 13 nights, every single member of staff, from nurses, receptionists and the cleaning staff were absolutely brilliant. I know that my lovely dog would not still be here without the excellent care and compassion she received. Everyone went above and beyond for her, I cannot be more grateful for that, brilliant vets xx

Outstanding Care and Exceptional Service I recently had an exceptional experience at Old Registry Vets that I feel deserves recognition. After a troubling misdiagnosis from another clinic, I brought my dog, Evie, to Old Registry Vets for a second opinion. The difference in care and professionalism was immediately apparent. The vet thoroughly examined Evie and immediately questioned the initial diagnosis. He allowed me to be present during the ultrasound, explaining everything he was looking at in detail. I want to share my appreciation of how the staff were so kind and considerate when we took our dog in to be treated. It turned out to be advanced cancer and within days we had to have him put to sleep. Could not have had a nicer practice to take care of him.

We saw the Vet as an emergency, in Scunthorpe two nights ago. She was absolutely lovely and examined our dog thoroughly. As she was calm it followed that my daughter and I were calm. Unfortunately he passed over this morning. I rang the Vet Surgery in Scunthorpe and the lady I spoke to was compassionate and helpful. I would not hesitate to pass on information for them.

Our cat Banjo had some dental work, clean, polish and two extractions. Can't fault the staff there one bit, all were extremely nice although I don't think our cat would say the same. I'd definitely recommend them. The pictures are one where he's happy and one the look they described they got when he came round.

First vist today, Ozzie can be quite excitable at the vets, but everyone was so calm that it made for an easy visit. Very happy with the local recommendations for Rase vets, as we are new to the area Feel confident Ozzie and Molly will be well looked after.

Our rabbit ended up getting attcked and was very injured. The vets and receptionists were very quick and did a good job stiching her up. The medication instructions were easy to follow. Only issue was the price of it all but it's the same with any place.

We've been using these vets for 2 1/2 years now for our cat, we have always found the reception team helpful. This visit was just for his yearly valuations, the vet gave him a check over and did a through job, she was very interested in his background and how we manged to meet him.

Veterinary is very good, they offer very good service and staff is very helpful. They offer some plans for pets which is much cheaper then normal prices for pets care, vacations and the others. My Moms cat had surgery there, was eyelids correcting and she was very happy. It was all very professional and couples of weeks there was no any signs of surgery. Highly recommend that place. Very professional and friendly.

Medivet could not have been more caring, professional and understanding when our beloved lady Lulu became unwell with a very aggressive tumour. Bianca especially was our go-to vet who we had total faith in. She was always very knowledgeable, explained our options clearly, and this made making sometimes impossible decisions easier to make. We can not thank her enough for caring so much and being a beacon of light at such a dark time for our family. Rebecca also showed so much kindness and stayed with me on that 1st day helping us to find the best place for Lulu to have her scans, reassuring me that she was doing everything in her power to get Lulu seen as soon as possible, even speaking to us out of hours. Best vets ever. Super friendly staff. Happy to help with anything we needed. Gave us all the information we needed & answered all our questions. Karen & Melanie were brilliant, got us quick appointments, so friendly, kind & caring. Patricia the vet is excellent, very knowledgeable, gave us all the information we needed to make an educated decision for our ferrets care. She clearly had our ferrets best interest at heart. We highly recommend this practice. We won't be using any other vets even though they're nearly an hours drive from us. 10/10 & super 5 stars. Thank you everyone there.

Only had to use the vets on 3 occasions thankfully but each time they have been lovely. The first time I wasn't even registers with them and they saw my cat as a priority. The 2nd time was a check up and her teeth were very decayed so she had to have most of them out. I was so worried how she'd be on the day and she was absolutely fine and no bother apparently 😁. How they managed to not feed her for a few hours I don't know as she's a greedy little fur baby. I cannot recommended this vets practice and all the staff enough. Definitely 5 stars.

We have used this practice for over ten years and all has been great. Got an appointment within the hour and saw the vet who was so gentle with my nervous boy who had swallowed a small toy. X-rays told us he needed surgery and all was clearly explained. Picked him up at tea time and had all his care clearly explained. Just hope his recovery goes well now. I have been attending this practice for around 10 years or more. The vets and nurses and assistants and reception staff are all incredible. We have met all the vets and all the nurses and all the reception staff as we seem to be there regularly! Recently our 17 year old cat was seriously ill and we ended up having to put him to sleep. We were all devastated. Firstly one of the vets called me to go through things and make me feel better about the decision to euthanise. When we took him in the vet that saw us explained everything. My daughter is autistic and she was distraught but wanted to be there with our cat. The vet made sure that she understood what was going to happen and told us exactly what he was doing and what he was going to do. He even brought in a comfy blanket for him to lay on. After he arranged cremation for us and explained that they would call us when he returned. When we went to collect the ashes I got a lovely hug from one of the receptionists. They even wrote a card and collected a bit of his fur for us and got his paw prints. I can’t thank them enough for their compassion and care. They’ve repaired one of my other cats cruciate ligaments in her 2 back legs also. Again they were so helpful and kind and just really thorough. I highly recommend this vet practice. They do as much as they possibly can and truly care about your animals health.

Nice friendly vets! Last time I went in gor my cats annual vacation, i was in and out in 25 mins! Great! Normally they make me wait 20 mins before they even seen me!! But found out why when I got home, that they started a rating system and I got a email to review how good they were. If thats all it takes to make them keep on time then please keep this system for next year :) definitely recommend bringing your pet here! Bit over priced, but who isn't these days?

Our visit this time was to get his booster and Kennel Cough vaccinations. Also he was checked over for a full health check. Everything went well and I was very pleased with him. Also it did not cost anything because we paid for the health costs in a yearly pet plan. This includes vaccinations, wormer and fleas tablets for that year. Definitely a good idea to take out. Once again, very happy with the service on an overall basis.

I was on my way to Thorne to see relatives when my dog began having some kind of seizure in the back of the car. I was obviously very upset and panicking. I called evolution explained my situation and even though I was not registered with them I was told to bring him straight in. (Other vets have not been so kind). The staff were all incredibly friendly, showed empathy and got my old boy sorted. ( he's 17 yrs and 7 months old). I honestly can't recommend this vets highly enough. Thank you so much for caring for my boy, I truly appreciate everyone's kindness.

Amazing staff. Very understandable and empathetic when I was worried about my pet. They checked him over gave me options on ways of treating with the best possible affect also they didn't try to sell me the most expensive treatment option they actually tried getting treatment cost down in anyway they could. Absolutely amazing, they treat your animals as their own with love and kindness. Will never go anywhere else and this practise has my 100% trust. I have a total of 3 dogs, 1 cat, 6 guinea pigs and all use this service without a shadow of a doubt.
