“I cannot thank the staff at The veterinary Centre enough for their kindness and compassion during one of the most difficult moments of my life. Saying goodbye to my beloved dog was heartbreaking, but the entire team made the process as peaceful as it could possibly be. From the moment we arrived, they treated us with respect, patience, and genuine care. They explained everything gently and gave us the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Their empathy and understanding brought so much comfort in a time of deep sorrow. I will always be grateful for the way they honoured my dog’s life and helped me through such a painful decision. .

My 1st visit with Astrid (her 2nd). All the staff were really friendly,welcoming and helpful. Already booked in for our next visit. I think I was more nervous than Astrid. She was super chilled out. Thanks to everyone involved.

Excellent vets. My 15 year old dog having problems with her eyes, only option was to remove her eye, until I took her to this vets. They saved her eye with treatment , amazing care. Staff seem to love the animals, not the case at my old vets. Prices are much more reasonable too . I love the thank you cards posted everywhere, which goes to show how popular they are.

I had to have my lovely cat put to sleep last Monday and although I was heartbroken the sensitive and caring way it was done really helped the vet and the staff were wonderful

Best vets I’ve ever used, simply wonderful

Took my beautiful but extremely nervous Springer Spaniel for her visit to Marshall and Till today I was so impressed all the staff are an absolute delight Our veterinary consultation with Charlotte was excellent she was so kind and caring. I highly recommend Marshall and Till The service we received was most definitely 5 star

We go to Medivet for years now. But this time our doggy got really poorly, he was in pain and lost weight. He's 12, and I was so worried we might loose him. He had an op, everything was clearly explained to me prior and I was contacted throughout the process. It wasn't cheap, but I must express how grateful I am to everyone who saved him. He is back to himself and in good health now. Thanks to all staff for being kind, patient and understanding ❤️

I took archie my jack chi puppy to medi vet when he was 2 and a half month old for his 1st and 2nd vaccinations flea and worm tablets everything was explained bout the vaccinations I then took him back for problems with his anul glands again all explained so I understood the medication and again took him back for castration teeth extraction claws clipped it was so easy to book appointments reception team are exeptional Archie is now 1 and half year old and thriving being his cheeky self BIG THANKYOU TO ALL THE TEAM FOR TAKING GREAT CARE OF MY ARCHIE would definitely recommend any pet owners to go to Medivet 100% POSITIVE

Our dog had his teeth cleaned here recently. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional and helped ease our worries about the procedure as he had never been under anaesthetic before. They looked after him so well and I will happily trust them to care for him again. I highly recommend this practice to all pet owners in the area.

Every time I’ve had to go to St Leonard’s with my dog, the team have been amazing and supportive. They give perfect advice and you can really tell that they care for the animals. The fact that there is an emergency vet service available as well really puts my mind at ease. I wouldn’t want Casper to be seen by anyone else 🧡

Our boy dave Bit of a novel but worth reading,if you have any doubts. We picked our little boy,Dave,up at 12wks. With great excitement,he was to be in our minds our last dog,especially at our time of life. We expect him to have a long happy and healthy life,after all he was a puppy. He presented with skin issues,so we embarked on weekly some times daily visits to our local vet. Whilst trying to treat his skin,he picked up so many other infections. Its was deemed he was not a healthy boy,and suggested maybe we should let him go. As he unfortunately became so scared of the vets,then his only defence was to become aggressive with them. We then asked to be referred to donnington dermatologist specialist. Our journey began. We did as Emily told us to the letter, We made massive progress with his skin. Emily helped to control his terrible itching and discomfort. And proceed with caution,as she had been warned from other vets,that he was aggressive. We were so grateful. But still we were not convinced that something was bubbling away in the background He declined quickly,and Emily feared too,that there was something not right. So referred us to internal medicine. Dave and ourselves were instantly put at ease with Justine and her team. But he was extremely poorly,before Christmas we almost,feared that this was it,we would have to say our goodbyes. Justine never lossed faith and everyone was extremely supportive. Then after all there patience, kindness and extream knowledge,the breakthrough came. We had a diagnosis and a treatment plan. our boy Dave,melt when ever he see Justine. The big so called aggressive puppy,just turns to mush. These people are truly extraordinary and I could write a novel,about the pain that we have all gone through. But it all comes down to our immeasurable gratification for saving our boy Dave's life. Thankyou so much everyone,including the fantastic receptionist who always take time to ask,if he is ok today.

Came here in January after being referred by our own vets about my dogs glucose level wasn't coming down. First impression lovely and clean and friendly staff. We seen justine who was amazing she went through everything with us did plenty of tests scans etc which all came back clear. We have to give her updates and she has also kept in touch with us. Barney is now doing alot better We have got his diabetes and glucose level under control. Thank you.

Great first experience yesterday with my 3 amigos. Very thorough, professional, helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Mandy for persevering in obtaining my dogs clinical histories, which was like pulling teeth, thank you. Thank you also to Katie who was professional, thorough, helpful and informative ( It was nice to see a familiar face ). To the receptionist who assisted me in completing the Healthy Pet Club forms and booking further appointments, thank you. The hospital was clean and everyone was very welcoming. Ample parking. Couldn’t fault it. Very happy :)

Had an amazing experience with Justine recently when my dog was referred for an endoscopy. As young owners, River being our baby and first pet, we really needed answers to all of our questions. Justine gave that to us, she spent an hour before and an hour after all her testing to keep us at ease and explain everything in our terms which over the course of 2 months of Rivers bad health, we haven't ever experienced. Also shout out to the two lovely ladies on reception, no question was too much of an ask when it came to insurance claims etc. Wish I lived closer so these were my dogs go to vets. Happy with the service provided by the vets for our pets. I find the team caring and compassionate. Good offers; pay for 3 get 4th worming tablet free. They are good with nervous pets. Easy to get hold of on the phone. Promptly returning calls. Good opening hours. I would say if they could make the front door wider to enter as we have difficulty getting through with a pushchair which is possible to get through our home door this would be good. Would recommend for pets 🐶🐱🐰🐹🐭

Very friendly staff, especially the receptionist who was particularly helpful too. The veterinary was also excellent, keeping my dog calm throughout his booster and check up. Have been using Abbey for over 40 years and never had any problems. Thankyou Abbey.

We had to visit the East Midlands branch last night as our collie had a nasty cut on her face. The team were amazing, Alex de Jorge our vet was warm, friendly and helped put our mind at ease immediately. Superb expert advice and Alex is without doubt a real asset to the business. A very caring and supportive team. I was able to call for advice and based on that advice got my guinea pig booked in and seen that day. The whole team that we meet that day were helpful, friendly and supportive.

Really impressed with the vets at Hartshorne. At other surgeries my cat is a terror and turns feral. A lion would be better behaved. But at Hartshorne vets they must put a spell on him. He's so calm and relaxed with the staff. I highly recommend this surgery if your cat is troublesome at the vets as they have worked wonders with mine.

I was recommended this vets by a friend as I wasn't happy with my old vets. The vets we've seen have been so lovely. My dog had all his teeth out and it was such a smooth process and he recovered quickly. I'm so happy with this vets, I'm even happy to drive from where I live in Oakwood!

Having 2 senior pets means a vet practice with a lot of care is so important. Gemma, Lisa and the entire team are so caring. Receptionists are so helpful and have sorted Insurance claims every 3-4 months and prescription scripts. Recently needed a dog’s Physiotherapy referral and Sarah sorted that over to Dr Lisa the same day. They are aware the cost of everything, not just pet care, has gone up and are communicative and happy to work with you to suit your pets and budget. My pets have a team of superstars behind them ⭐️

I changed my vets to Paw Print after a long time and a few bad experiences with another practice. In the short time that my Dalmatian, Bailey and cat, Sushi have been with them they have looked after them both wonderfully. I initially joined the practice after my cat had a partial tail amputation elsewhere, which had gone wrong, and had to have a full tail amputation. The care and guidance was second to none, and the vets take their time with you, are genuinely concerned and put you at ease. Shortly after, my dustbin dog ate something that he shouldn't have, and again, they were fantastic. The vets are knowledgeable, caring and kind and you are not made to feel as though you are on the clock. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you.

Excellent experience from registration to first appointment. Everything was explained and I was given excellent advice and reassurance. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and I thoroughly enjoyed what could have been a nervous 2nd vaccination appointment. Very glad i chose to register my new puppy at the Ashbourne practice.

An appointment booked very quickly. An excellent vet, he listened to my concerns and we discussed the options. I didn’t feel as though I was trying to be sold any treatments just for the sake of it. I could highly recommend them.
