Could not fault them at all .phoned them on Saturday evening with to me emergency, although I wasn't registered with them . From answering my call straight away with helpfulness and kindness, they saw my dog the minute we got him their and did tests on him with passion. Thankfully he's OK at the moment. I can't thank them enough.
Our cat was very poorly the day after Boxing Day and unfortunately we had to say goodbye to her. Jackie the vet and the nursing staff were absolutely wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for better. What was a terribly sad situation was made easier for us due to their kindness and attention.
The care given to myself and daughter at the passing of our beloved fur baby wax exceptional. We were consulted all the way through and given such care and compassion and I can will be eternally grateful 🙏 to the team
