We’ve had nothing but a great experiences at Ashfield House . They always manage to calm my nervous Labradoodle when he visits .He had to have a big operation on his neck and the vet even phoned us later at night to check up on him. The surgery and waiting room is always spotlessly clean . The vets and the ladies on reception are always friendly and helpful
We have always taken our Guie Fog puppies to Ashfield House, mainly Bramcote. The staff have always been friendly and professional. The surgery at Bramcote is always clean and has always been a calm environment too.
Kind, caring, knowledgeable vets and staff. You can clearly see there love for animals and want to do there best for each and every client. Have used this vets for many years and they have gone from strength to strength.
Rob and Lauren are extremely helpful and welcoming. They both have all the patience and time in the world. Everything was explained properly and Pepe was put at ease by Rob because he'd been really stressed inside his cat carrier. Everything went smoothly and I felt the benefits of the Gold Club.
