Fortunately I have never needed the emergency vets service before this week. The administration staff were excellent as were the 3 vets I saw over the course of the day. Easy to find and has an ample car park. Large pet shop on site.

Back in July my Dog came down with an Illness where he lost all his abilities to walk, bark & eat .we have a Working Cocker spaniel so you can Imagine a dog that bounces on & off the walls to Nothing was quite worrying . After 2 days of going to our Normal Vets in Birmingham. With 2 different dignonises well Day 3 we got referred to Scarsdale vet's & Pride referrals . They were Amazing from the minute we stepped in the door & still ongoing they have all been Amazing from the Reception Staff all the way up to the vets & training vets. They have Saved our little boy. we Still have to bring him back every 3 weeks for his Chemo but if it was left to our own Vets he wouldn't be with us now .

All the staff I interacted with were caring to both my cat and myself, and beyond helpful during our referral. Even managing to source a phone charger for me to borrow while I waited for my little girl to be tested. Thank you all.

Every pet owner dreads something happening to their pets. Our two cats, Jasper and Mimi, have always been happy and healthy. Until in the early hours of the morning on 16/01/25, we found Jasper in a critical condition. Now diagnosed with unclassified cardiomyopathy and congestive heart failure, Jasper is home and as healthy as he can be. This would not be possible without the amazing vets at Vets Now, Charlesworth Vets and Pride Referrals. Together, they saved Jasper’s life, and we will be forever grateful.

The staff and vets were very professional, caring and supportive. They did every thing they could for my dog and kept me updated all the time. For this I am really grateful.

I do think that, as with all veterinary practices, medications are overcharged. Other than that I found the service at Pride faultless. Flora is an absolutely wonderful asset to the team. She was so lovely and caring towards both myself and Walter, and was clearly so very invested in helping him and giving him the best possible chance of a happy life. She talked through everything with me in great detail, patiently answering all my questions, both during our consultation and following. I found the practice clean and inviting, despite it being a worrying time and Walter was returned to me on both occasions with a wagging tail and enthusiastic disposition. He was clearly happy and not at all stressed which is testament to how well looked after he had been. We received a detailed account of the findings of Walters tests by email very quickly after our appointment as well as the plan for him moving forward. Walter is already responding well to the changes in his treatment. The fact that the accounts team make the payment so easy by claiming directly from the insurance company takes all the stress out of the situation and allows us to focus on getting Walter the help he needs without a great deal of financial worry. I do feel that our recent experience with Pride has been wonderful overall and would not hesitate to return when needed in the future. Really grateful & impressed by the knowledge, support, kindness & compassion shown by this practice & all the staff including John Thompson, Dan Harding & Harriet Peck. I can only highly recommend their service, they are an excellent & genuinely caring team, from reception staff to the vets. The fees are reasonable too. I feel that my pets are in safe, caring & capable hands. We've moved from another vets & this practice seems much better & is well worth the longer journey.

Amazing staff, so understanding a d supportive. Have been taking our dogs here for years and goes without saying that they are in great hands. Never too much trouble to help and empathetic. We’ve had nothing but a great experiences at Ashfield House . They always manage to calm my nervous Labradoodle when he visits .He had to have a big operation on his neck and the vet even phoned us later at night to check up on him. The surgery and waiting room is always spotlessly clean . The vets and the ladies on reception are always friendly and helpful

Rob and Lauren are extremely helpful and welcoming. They both have all the patience and time in the world. Everything was explained properly and Pepe was put at ease by Rob because he'd been really stressed inside his cat carrier. Everything went smoothly and I felt the benefits of the Gold Club. Kind, caring, knowledgeable vets and staff. You can clearly see there love for animals and want to do there best for each and every client. Have used this vets for many years and they have gone from strength to strength.

I have one dog and one cat registered with blue cross and my dog has to visit monthly, the reception staff know his character and temperament and are always aware of his quirkiness. He sees different students monthly for a lifelong condition, they discuss any new treatments with myself and the vet on duty would confirm the plan. Overall the care they give is exceptional and I always try to give a bit back.

An appointment booked very quickly. An excellent vet, he listened to my concerns and we discussed the options. I didn’t feel as though I was trying to be sold any treatments just for the sake of it. I could highly recommend them.

On a sad day today we lost our precious and so much loved Rocco. I cannot thank Sarah enough for her professionalism and help in making such a very difficult decision to let him go . Excellent experience from registration to first appointment. Everything was explained and I was given excellent advice and reassurance. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and I thoroughly enjoyed what could have been a nervous 2nd vaccination appointment. Very glad i chose to register my new puppy at the Ashbourne practice.

Everyone at McMurtry is amazing. They are kind, helpful and take fantastic care of our pet dogs, who unfortunately have had to visit a few times. Luckily they are in the best possible care. Thank you!

I took all three of our cats to be chipped on separate days. The vets I saw were very nice and gave me advice on better flea treatment for our furgirls

Cosmin is the best vet ever. Tia our elderly cat became diabetic and needed insulin twice a day. He gave us his time to explain everything. He did not rush any appointments we had with him and his care was not only about our cat but for us too. Sadly this week Tia reached end of life and after 15 years we are heartbroken 💔 the care she received to end her life was sympathetic and we had as much time with her as we wanted. Good service kept in the loop regarding the treatment and prices asked about other needs of pet but had already sorted before appointment worming etc

Our family cat, Susie, was looked after for all of her long life by Davison Vets. And so we took her here, finally, when she became ill for the last time. We experienced such care and sensitivity from all of the staff at the practice, and we were never rushed in any way. Both of the Vets we saw were immensely kind and considerate, but also utterly professional and nothing was too much trouble. I can’t thank everyone enough for the time they took to explain everything to us, at what was a very sad time- Thank You all for helping us through it.

We ended up being registered with Davisons after our practice closed during covid. We had 3 cats at the time and the transition was smooth. The vets, nurses & desk staff are all so friendly & I get that caring vibe. I have since adopted a dog and he's somewhat of a regular! I would like to call out Alicia specifically and I prefer to see her if / when I go in as she knows about my dogs history. I dont feel like I'm fighting a battle when I'm going to see them. I feel heard and I feel like I'm advocating for my dog for the right reasons. Thanks to Alicia for listening to my concerns & being hands on (consent based of course) with my dog, meaning we could have imagery done, diagnosis & the appropriate meds for my boy. He's in such a better place now and considering how mild his diagnosis was, the overall belief was that meds weren't needed - but you listened and understood that pain (like in humans) is a unique experience. I cant rate the staff enough & all know who my dog is & care about his wellbeing! (And the kittys absolutely get treated like the royalty they are!!) I feel like I'm part of a family & I cant imagine being at another vets. They've set the bar incredibly high! Thank you!

4th REVIEW: Visited for neutering and chipping of kitten, (pic 4, grey puss), 1st proper non covid visit for an op, full visit with the vet, great after care, and Onderon is doing brilliant. So very happy with Davison... 3rd REVIEW: 3rd and 4th vivst for microchipping... Early on both visits but seen to straight away, another extremely satisfying visit, and Dathomir has had his first visit (tuxedo cat pic) Got another visit tomorrow which I'm sure will be equally brilliant... Update, it was. 2nd REVIEW. 2nd visit for neutering of my kitten Ilum (pic. white kitty), she is doing well, and another informative visit, full of helpful details for post op. These guys are excellent. As mentioned, Ilum is recovering well. 1st REVIEW. Only visited once (so far) and despite social distancing, meant I wasn't with my puss when he was looked over, he was very relaxed. And I obviously don't hold that against Davison, just the way of things... Overall, brilliant, wanted to know all about him, very informative, and they finally have my cats name spelt right, and they only asked once.... Previous vets, 3 times and still wasn't right.... Also, Korriban (black kitty) is well, no repeats of his issue :) Thank you
