I needed an urgent repair to my chimney just before Christmas. Jake was incredibly helpful, got back to me quickly and arranged for the work to be completed the next day. Very reasonably priced and Callum, who completed the work, was on time, professional and completed the work to a high standard. Highly recommended.

We can wholly recommend Roofmate for the following reasons. When Jake,the MD of the company visited to inspect the roof,he did so in a most thorough manner,including the use of a drone which provided close-up pictures of problems .The scaffolding turned up on the agreed date,as did the roofing team . The team were professional , hardworking and pleasant,giving feedback as to their progress and their findings . Upon completion,we were furnished with photos depicting the before and after work on the roof . It was a hassle free experience. Although we have not had torrential rain since completion,we are confident of the work carried out and can recommend them to you .

Brilliant. Great service provided and outstanding finish. The team of two arrived on time and got started immediately. All my pot plants and outdoor furniture moved and sheets laid around the house and over my recently installed conservatory roof. The results of the pressure wash, undertaken top down was far better than I anticipated. 8 bags of moss were gathered from roof and gutters and although the mess was awful, they cleaned up incredibly well and left the patio and front garden better than when they arrived. As my house is not too old I didn't expect any roof tiles to be damaged, but they found 4 cracked or broken tiles which they replaced and also cleared out a blocked gutter down pipe. Everything was put back in place after the clean up. The guys were extremely friendly and professional, taking pride in their work and left me with what appears as a new roof. I had the pleasure of hiring Steve and his team to do a full roof installation, replacing all the old existing tiles and roofing felt. I have been having leaking issues due a poor dry ridge installation in 2017. After doing extensive vetting and meeting the team I was very confident that I have found the right team. First impressions are important to me, this was maintained from start to finish and I believe they worked on my home like it was their own. Kurt, Lewis, Regie and Jamie were very polite (even when I got their names wrong consistently), genuinely attentive and patient when I asked a lot of questions about what they were doing and why. Each time I left settled and more confident that the work was in good hands, night and day compared to work the that was done previously. Before finishing off the day the team would make sure the surrounding site was clean and tided from debris. I have since (and evening during the work) had neighbours complimenting, admiring the hard work and professionalism the team displayed. I’m very critical and fussy but the final result is ‘perfect’. I have no issue recommending SPH Roofing to any friends and family. Now I just need it to rain so it’ll wash some of the dust off the new tiles haha. Thanks again SPH, Super job.

Steve and his team provided an excellent service from the first call to request a survey and quotation to the work being done. The survey was completed using a drone showing the damaged areas on the roof. Quotation was provided swiftly and work completed within a week. Hopefully the need does not occur again soon but would be more than happy to use SPH Roofing again.
