Steve and his team provided an excellent service from the first call to request a survey and quotation to the work being done. The survey was completed using a drone showing the damaged areas on the roof. Quotation was provided swiftly and work completed within a week. Hopefully the need does not occur again soon but would be more than happy to use SPH Roofing again.

I had the pleasure of hiring Steve and his team to do a full roof installation, replacing all the old existing tiles and roofing felt. I have been having leaking issues due a poor dry ridge installation in 2017. After doing extensive vetting and meeting the team I was very confident that I have found the right team. First impressions are important to me, this was maintained from start to finish and I believe they worked on my home like it was their own. Kurt, Lewis, Regie and Jamie were very polite (even when I got their names wrong consistently), genuinely attentive and patient when I asked a lot of questions about what they were doing and why. Each time I left settled and more confident that the work was in good hands, night and day compared to work the that was done previously. Before finishing off the day the team would make sure the surrounding site was clean and tided from debris. I have since (and evening during the work) had neighbours complimenting, admiring the hard work and professionalism the team displayed. I’m very critical and fussy but the final result is ‘perfect’. I have no issue recommending SPH Roofing to any friends and family. Now I just need it to rain so it’ll wash some of the dust off the new tiles haha. Thanks again SPH, Super job.

Just had my roof done with these guys. Outstanding service. Great communication, friendly and roof is completed to a high standard at a very reasonable price. I caused a slight delay trying to get a solar panel company to fit brackets. Danny was very patient and in the end fitted the brackets for me. Not many companies will go the extra mile like that. Had seen the work of these guys , as they did the the roof of my friends who live across from us . They have now done a brilliant job on our roof , including repointing both chimneys and replacing all architraves and gutterings and down pipes .They we’re very good with keeping everything clean and tidy too . We have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone who needs a new roof or repairs . Nice people too, so that’s an added bonus .

Danny, Gavin & Wayne did an excellent job sorting out tiles that had slipped down the roof due to bad weather and installing new dry verge units (roof edge caps). They arrived on time each day, did an excellent job, which has to be seen to be believed, cleaned up after themselves and were thoroughly professional in the way they worked, as well as being very friendly. If you need any roofing job, we would highly recommend them. A very professional team.

Danny came out on a bank holiday weekend to quote for ridge tiles on my parents house. The the team carried out the work, they were very polite and professional . Everything was left tidy afterwards. I would recommend these guys.

Apart from destroying my Christmas lights when replacing the roof and promising to replace/ refund the money, which I am still waiting on, the actual roof has been completed to a high standard. Labourers had the usual trade banter, and swearing on site which was sometimes in front of minors other than this they have completed the task to a good quality standard and we're generally friendly if supplied with copious amounts of tea and coffee!

We had been looking for solar panels for a while and decided to get a quote from Octopus but also asked a neighbour about their installation from JAL. We were very impressed by the level of service and the quality of the whole experience from JAL. We had several quotes from Sam Tebbs (Head of Solar) and we were not rushed to make a decision. Sam came to the house to answer our questions and complete a more accurate survey. Very impressed with what we finally decided on and I would highly recommend JAL if you are looking at solar and battery installation.

Excellent job. Removed a chimney and patched up the roof. Looks like there wasn't even a chimney there in the first place. Scaffolders failed to show up 4 times and Phil was very understanding and managed to get the works done before the solar panel installation. Very grateful.

He's brilliant. I got ripped off by some bloke in chad before Phil. phil repaired my roof. No problem. Good price. A proper job. True honest tradesman. If I have an odd job will tend to ring get his advice as well.

Overall excellent service. Bigger company so maybe not the cheapest, but spotted issues early and dealt with them all, very efficiently. Everyone we met was very pleasant and always ready to answer any questions. We've got our solar all sorted too, so very happy. Special thanks to Jason, Joseph and Luke on the roof side and Charlie for the solar. Worked really well with our electrical contractors (Pelliere) to get it all done.
