We had our original slate roof completely redone after it took some major damage in the recent winter storms. Liam had some of the team out within a day to get us watertight until the works could be started. The team working on the house were very friendly and professional seeing the job done to a high standard ensuring we were happy with the results. Very reasonably priced for a great job, would thoroughly recommended them.

Working with Liam and the Lords team was so easy and pleasant, I wish I'd have gone straight to them in the first place rather than getting booked in, delayed and generally run around by other roofers! Liam was easy to communicate with, super responsive and up front about the work, costs and timings. Everything was scheduled in and communicated well by Laura. Any questions I had, they were quick to answer. When it came to the actual work, the team of roofers were fast, respectful and friendly. Led by Alex who was the nicest guy, funny and hard working, the team would arrive around 8ish and made sure they cleaned up at the end of every day to the point where it was actually cleaner than when they arrived! The got on so well with the neighbours, even entertaining the toddler next door who watched them from the window! The work was all completed faster than expected (mostly due to them bringing in extra guys who all worked well together) and to a good standard, the house and garage roofs now look perfect. Both Alex and Liam assured me that they guarantee their work and if there are any issues in the future they wouldn't hesitate to come round and sort anything out. Overall I couldn't have hoped for a better experience from Lords, thank you!

Lords have been fantastic once again. I called with a minor tile problem which was causing a leak and Liam managed to fit me in the next day due to a cancellation being in the local area. The job was done in quick time and we’re really happy with the outcome and professionalism of lords once again. They’ve been to our house a couple times now over the years and same for my parents. After some cowboy roofers left my mum's roof in a state with pieces literally falling off, we got in touch with Perfect Seal who were brilliant from start to finish. We had a really good team replacing our old dilapidated garage with a new Penta roofed Compton model, with metal roof lined so it didn't drip in cold weather. Work was carried out professinally and speedily. We are really pleased with the garage and its quality, also the price was exceptionally reasonable. Just to add that because the garage was on a raised plinth the garage has never had flooding issues, a problem for many in this area with steep down sloping driveways from the road level. Had a new garage door delivered and installed on 10/01/2025. Turned up earlier than 0800hrs, and started work promptly, Took down existing door and fitted new door by 0930hrs. Showed me how new door opened and was locked, and if I was satisfied with their work.. I was very pleased with my new door and how clean the job was. Central roofing came to my rescue when some of my ridge tiles had fallen off the roof, despite being busy they managed to squeeze me in to sort it out. Very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend them.

After Central Roofing replaced my storm-damaged summerhouse roof at short notice, I took them on to carry out a long-delayed roof refurbishment on my house and garage. This involved replacing and securing ridge tiles, fitting a dry verge to all gable ends, and replacing/reseating cracked and slipped tiles, along with repointing. Despite the complex roof layout, they did a marvellous job in just three days. Their staff were always pleasant and helpful, and everyone arrived when they said they would. The site was left clean and tidy. I can thoroughly recommend them for any roofing work.

Fred is very knowledgeable and went into detail regarding root cause and fixing my roof. When he noticed anything he communicated straight away with the best solution. I had new fascias, soffits and guttering too as part of the overall package of work, looks great!. I'm happy with the way the work was carried out and I would not hesitate to recommend Fred as he would go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right.

We had our porch roof replaced in January and the guys did a great job. We've agreed for the new tiles, fascia and guttering however my partner spotted that the old rotten fascia was just covered with the new one, so he's asked for removing the old one and it got done. Overall effect was satisfactory and we would happily recommend FB Roofing.

Following some good pointing work I requested and received a good quote for a total reroofing. Cannot fault workmanship and manner it was executed, including a good final clear up. It was well worth the wait for Ferns Roofing to come and reroof our house. They have done an excellent job and we are very pleased with the outcome. Andrew undertook a complete reroof of our house including tiles, membrane, lead, and where necessary, remedial work to timbers. He also replaced our loft insulation and brought it up to standard. He is a perfectionist and would never cut corners but insures the job is done to his very high standards. He is an excellent communicator and kept us up-to-date with progress and any issues throughout the process. His team worked hard and he always left the site tidy at the end of each day. We would highly recommend him.
