I am not one to write reviews at all, but the customer service from Mark was absolutely excellent. After dealing with the issue of the wasps nest we had in the roof he spent a good deal of time talking to us about other options. Mark clearly knows his stuff and was really helpful and friendly. A real pleasure to see an expert in the field who cares about what they do.
Mark came today to deal with a wasps nest under a fascia board. He was efficient, knowledgable and friendly. I would happily recommend Mark and will use him again for any further pest problems.
Mark came to us one morning to deal with a wasps nest under the lead on the roof. True to his word the wasps were gone by tea time. We also had mice in our loft which Mark dealt with in a very professional way. We would certainly recommend him for any pest problems you may have.
Top top bloke he came around to my flat very efficient and knew his stuff. The issues was fleas and I thought it was spring tails so he sorted the issue for me. I have reptiles and he made sure they was safe before he sprayed. Imo I would advise anyone to use this company Thank You
Mark was great. excellent communication beforehand, When he got here, he explained thoroughly what he was going to do and how the wasps would react to the powder. Now 4 days after and the wasps have not been back. What more can you ask for.
Would definitely use him again if I needed his services again.
