Cleared out & cleaned my mums loft! Incredibly kind and professional. They did a great job, no judgements on the volume of things to clear. Cleaned up after they were done, the carpet was actually cleaner than it was before they started. Cannot recommend highly enough! Brilliant!!

Contacted Mick of Kestrel Pest Management for a loft clearance of Rat contaminated loft insulation. Mick carried out a site visit first and gave me a spot estimate of cost. He also gave me a verbal and emailed plan for the operation, and kept me updated on his expected arrival. He arrived on the agreed date and time, and commenced protecting the carpets and landing area with dust protection sheets at the property. After removal and bagging all of the old loft insulation, he carried out cleaning and disinfection of the loft area. The insulation was then replaced with new, to the correct government recommended depth. All of the loft debris was then removed promptly, by a certified waste contractor from the premises. I personally cannot thank Mick and Connor enough, as they also cleaned out lots of remnant builders lath plaster, that had been under the old loft insulation for years. Both guys worked very hard, and carried out a first-class job. I would recommend this company 100%. I have had my fingers burnt by substandard contractor’s work on numerous occasions in the past. These guys have renewed my faith in humanity, that there are great company’s out there, hence the five-star review. These guys don’t only talk the talk, they walk the walk! We can highly recommend the professional team from Kestrel Pest Management. During the process of renovating an old cottage we discovered many, many years (50 years +) of old loft insulation together with very old pest remains and vermin action, which needed to be cleared and cleaned. Mick from Kestrel visited the property and provided a concise and thorough inspection before sending a quote, he then kept us up to date with the process of delivery and how the timing would work. During the actual clearance, which took place over several days, the team worked very hard in a clean and professional manner. This was quite a large job and at all times they informed us of the process in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
