Absolutely great company. We left them a message at 11.00am Saturday as wasps everywhere, coming in and out from behind a soffit. A quick online conversation and the job was done the following working day. We weren’t even in! Stephen came into the garden and sorted it so quickly 30 minutes later all done. Haven’t seen any activity from that area since. Great cost effective price, amazing service and a nice guy to boot - highly recommended if you have a pest issue.

He was even willing to return free of charge if the wasp problem wasn't fully resolved within 14 days (which I thought was excellent customer service given that it was difficult to access the problem we had, so it wouldn't necessarily have been his fault if it wasn't resolved the first time).
