Unbelievable golfing experience and rightly holds its place as best in the country. The course also in fantastic condition for December. Playing here is a real treat, each hole is special and the scenery is stunning. Worth playing twice as you will need to enjoy this incredible course for all that it had to offer.

Amazing golf course, we went to see Day 3 of The Open. Great experience watching pro golf for the first time for me, and the whole set-up was great, with friendly, helpful staff from the car park to the marshalls on the course. Royal St George's is in a beautiful part of the country, and it was a pleasure to spend a day here. If i was going to try to be picky, the queues for food and drink were very long, but that was to be expected really. A wonderful experience of sport at the highest level, and a day I wont forget in a hurry!

Fantastic venue with plenty to do. Golf range and 3 courses. Food is fresh and tasty with an extensive menu. Fully stocked bar with friendly attentive staff. Loads of wildlife on site ranging from ducks, geese, crows and so forth. Buggies, trollies and clubs are all available to hire and all golfers are welcome regardless of ability.

A really welcoming place, come a few times a week and you’ll quickly become friends with the regulars. Full of really great people and a fun activity

I’ve been having golf lessons with James Prophet for some time now and have really appreciated his direction and wisdom with my swing. Without his guidance I would be lost in my ability progression, definitely recommend.

I found out about Stonelees simply from browsing courses on Google maps. I've had a long absense from golf and was looking for the right place to visit and gently get back into the game. Having read the reviews and looking at the features via their website I decided on Stoneless and I'm so glad I did. The practice facilities are excellent, especially the putting green. Green fees are incredibly fair! With 3 levels of courses to choose from, there is something for everyone. I tried the 5 hole par 3 course first and that's a very easy course for practicing short game and it was nice to play a few times before moving onto the next levels. The Executive is an excellent mostly par 3 course which is quite a challange, with some water and slopes on many holes and smaller greens. I tried the Heights course for the first time today and was very very impressed. The greens were fantastic. Some holes are very challenging due to some long and narrow fairways, but that's what makes the course so good. My first 4 holes went very well and then a little downhill after, but not having played for close to 15 years, I guess it'll take a little more time to get my game back. I also have to mention another reason why I really like Stonelees... it's very laid back and not a bit of snobbery to be seen. The snobby nature of many golf clubs is what turns me away. But Stonelees is very welcoming, which is why I travel over 40 miles each time I visit. It's now my regular club. Only thing left to try is the food, which I hear is fantastic. So thank you very much to Stonelees for helping me get back into golf and, most importantly, enjoying golf again.

Well worth the green fee, great bar food and prices

A lovely Club friendly match, enjoyed by all. The course looked very pretty, the welcome warm and the food and bar excellent.

Sunday lunch was brilliant. Plenty of food. Good service and friendly staff. Not expensive

Society day at Canterbury Golf Club. Decent fresh brew coffee and plenty of it and nice fresh bacon butties. Friend had cooked breakfast which was also decent. Considering current weather and lack of rain course was in a fair condition quite a few tight and bare lies. If your off the fairway some areas are rough rough. Greens decent and I putted on them ok. Nice refreshing cold beer on return to clubhouse. This is a nice friendly club.

Want to say a big thank you to Andy at the Driving range today, he was very friendly and welcoming. I've not picked up a club in many years but Andy was really helpful about having lessons and which clubs to look at when buying.

Brilliant golf club, I first played here over 20 years ago and still enjoy the course every time I play. My son (11) uses the club as part of the junior section and can't get enough of the games on Top Tracer up at the driving range. Highly recommend.

This was a beautiful park which we found lovely and very accommodating. The scenery is sublime and it’s perfectly tailored for walks, jogs and cycling. The atmosphere is pleasant and it certainly is in a choice location, not too remote or divorced from neighbouring villages. Well maintained grounds and a very pleasant place. Highly recommended!

I have just spent a brilliant hour of my life flying round the Red Route trialling the electric Husqvarna HC5 bike seen in the pictures. Thank you to the amazing staff at E Flow cycles for making this happen. Before I write about the bike, the cycle trails are back and for the first time in a long time, AMAZING! So much hard work has gone on to make this happen and thank you as you turned a 53 year old man into feeling like an 11 year old Evel Knievel again. As a first time rider on an e bike, what can I say except, Wow! Unbelievable. It took me about 5 minutes to be confident and comfortable then I was off, adrenaline pumping. So easy to control. It flew around the red route with ease. The gearing on the bike was fantastic and the assistance provided gives quite a buzz from the real hard work that I have to put in on my own hard tail mountain bike. I am still buzzing now writing this short review and what can I say other than get down to Betteshanger Park and hire a bike.

Amazing natural reserve Park with entertaining for all ages. Plenty of adventures in the Cross fit camp, loads of bike tracks and off road if you are a free rider. Park for the kids, woods, trails, ... everything you want on a weekend day to enjoy the outdoors. They also boast the Lamp Room restaurant ( classic British Brasserie) to have a quick bite, Sunday roast or just a locally roasted expresso coffee ☕️. Top marks for family time.❤️👍👌😎

We went for a quick 9 holes and supper from the bar menu. The course is well kept with attention paid to drainage. There is something for everyone on the menu.

Played the new course not that different from the old.enjoyed the day and the burger afterwards. Hotel area looks nice. Probably play again in the spring and not so boggy.

First round on this course. It’s in great condition. Staff in the pro shot are amazing. Members are all very helpful. Can’t wait to play again

Nice and quiet driving range at very reasonable prices also very friendly and helpful to a new golfer that doesn’t fit your usual golfer stereotype. Will be back to use more of the facilities soon.

Loved the parkland golf course as well as the pro’s. The organised a thorough training, without to much fuss, easy to contact via email and telephone. Amazing views with a mansion! Make sure you try their afternoon tea!
