A lovely little village shop, I’ve stopped here when passing a few times for cake and coffee or tea, and always greeted with a smile. Staff are always friendly and like a chinwag, and the shop itself is full of not only essentials but nice local produce such as artisan bread, local beers and coffee beans. I always enjoy sitting on the chairs outside and watching the world go by.

Excellent little local shop with lovely local foods and drinks with a post office

Needed some flowers and wine for a locals birthday. Gary (manager) organised and delivered both at a very reasonable price and allowed payment via BACS. I'd normally use Interflora or similar but wanted to support the local store. Second year running he's done this for us - brilliant service, reasonable prices and a credit to the community. Was working a few doors down from this today. Lovely little place, a tad on the pricey side bit will not moan, fresh locally sourced food steak and kidney pie and can of coke £4.20. The pie was the best I have had ever. Staff were friendly but a tad nosey as to what we were doing and what our customer had. If working near here again I will be back
