Handy spot with friendly staff, coffee and food both hot and cold is freshly prepared. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Toilets too!

The golf course became a public park recently. Anyone can now come and walk freely in the beautiful, spacious surroundings.
A temporary path has been created from the Gurnell area into the south-east corner of the park. The Council will provide a more permanent path in due course.
The cafe will remain open under the present management until the end of October at which time the Council will select a new company.
Friendly staff, good community spirit about the place. Players are very polite and let you through. I paid £12.50 and it was a brilliant round of golf for the price. Fairways are cut lovely , the greens decent enough, for the price you pay anybody who complains there's no helping them. Not a very challenging course , great course to practice the irons or short woods, still no pushover at 2500 yards though. Highly recommend 👌
