We have worked with Tierra over a number of years on multiple projects to make our garden fantastic. We came across them while searching for a local (Hertfordshire) and creative garden design firm - one that would bring more originality and innovative ideas than your average outfit. Simon, Jules and the team have always worked with us thoughtfully - both by bringing amazing ideas and by being sensitive to our own preferences in the design processes. The teams who have then done the work have always worked diligently and have also been fun to have around. Overall, we are super pleased with all the work we have had done by Tierra. We would recommend Tierra without reservation to anyone wanting to radically improve either a small or large garden.

Professional and a lovely team. Design for garden was beyond what we could have thought of and having seen the garden for two seasons there are new surprises each time. Have transformed our garden and use it now as extension of house. Would thoroughly recommend.

The Tierra team have a rare combination of design flair, eye for detail and terrific plant knowledge. They are equally happy working with designers and clients on designs or doing the whole design to implementation journey themselves. I’ve worked with them on two gardens, a large garden in Suffolk and an urban London Garden. Both are a huge success, look gorgeous and came within budget. They are expert, great to work with, excellent at communicating, super professional and passionate about what they do. The Tierra team did a fantastic job transforming an old patio and part of the lawn into a beautiful outdoor space with different types of paving, dry stonewall and a beautiful cottage garden in keeping with the feel of the house. Jules and Simon listened and adapted plans when we had concerns (including about the budget) and they were always on hand during the build and planting phase to discuss issues that arose. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
