We love our new garden! Ian discussed the project in depth and advised us what our options were. He knew the relevant industry regulations and building codes, so we were reassured that he knew what he was doing. He showed us other projects he had worked on so we had an idea of what he could do. He insisted on our going to see the patio slabs we had chosen from his supplier's online catalogue as we had chosen Rainbow Indian tiles, which are very bright! He only placed the order once he knew we were happy with them. (They are fab!) Ian has a great work ethic and kept us in the loop throughout the duration of the project. He is polite, reliable, friendly and knows his stuff! His quote was decent and he kept to it. He left the site clean and tidy. We are very pleased and have asked him to quote for some more work.
