Tom and his team managed to turn our garden around in 4 days: - demolishing and removing a small wooden dilapidated summer house - removing a large raised stone bed and levelling out the garden - re-turfing the whole garden They arrived on Tuesday morning and were done by Friday afternoon. What’s more we gave them a key to the side access and they carried out the work while we were at work. Everything was done within the agreed budget and the service provided was very professional. They even jet washed our patio, leaving it cleaner than before the garden work started. Thank you Tom & team.

Tom and Kris are amazing - their work quality is top notch - they work together efficiently as a team, provide great ideas and challenge and work on time. They are highly professional, really lovely and trustworthy to work with - we highly recommend them not just for landscaping / re decorating gardens and terraces but also our internal house build and extension.

Tom and team carried out a redesign and delivery of our front and rear gardens. Contact and engagement was first rate, we never felt out of the loop, and every step through the work points of debate or potential issues/challenging points were discussed to ensure we got the right outcome. The work was done with minimal fuss and the inside (carrying waste material and new slabs/fence panels etc through) of our house kept spotless every day when they left. The finish of both gardens is first rate, and done exactly in-line with the timeline agreed. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone interested. We are about to some more house repairs work done by them also.

A huge thank you to the Urban Gardeners team for transforming our garden here in Peckham, SE London. The garden was previously in very bad shape (rotten decking, steps, and dying / weed-ridden lawn. The team did an amazing job of clearing everything out (including removal of a tree!) and then building an entirely new and extended hard-wood deck and stairs / landing and also replacing the lawn with the beautiful stripes you can see! Communication throughout from Plamena was great and with the team on the ground they were very good at asking questions and making small adjustments as required throughout the process. I requested a few small changes to the initial quote and this was dealt with in a very friendly and flexible way. The team were very pleasant throughout, got rid of all the mess, and also did the whole thing for a very fair and reasonable price. What a brilliant team Urban Gardeners are! From booking the service, to completing the job, they are complete professionals. The gardeners arrived early and were super efficient in clearing my garden. And the added bonus is they charge a great price. I employed RenewEL to sort out my neglected garden. They stripped out a lot of rampant bamboo, laid decking, built a beautiful bench with storage space, laid new turf, selected appropriate plants and did the planting. Rachel's designs really took into account what I wanted from the space, and the team worked really hard in horrible weather to finish the project. They were tidy and helpful and really nice to have around. Great value, reliable, friendly and very good at what they do.

I had Renew East London set up some sleeper flower beds across the length of my garden. The process from start to finish was exemplary. From receiving the quote, to the work being carried out by the team. Everything was left clean and tidy and ready for me to start planting my own flowers. The team are all incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable negotiating a process that was new for me.

Of course everyone knows that you can buy cheap plants from cheap supermarkets and DIY stores. They may look so wonderful when you buy them but these poor things haven’t been cared for in the slightest which is why you’ll find yourself sadly dropping it into the bin within weeks, if not months. It’s basically botanical abuse the way they mistreat the poor things! In life we all get what we pay for. If you want a plant that will grow and thrive and probably outlast you, get yourself over to Planet World London and you’ll see what I’m talking about. I’m absolutely besotted with the shop, I was literally smiling all the way home with my new plant babies. We’re coming back soon for coffee and chats. Final note to that one guy who commented on the cake display… Mate, wake up and pay attention! Don’t be so rude unless you know you have all the facts to back you up. You just sound kind of angry, annoying and a little bit silly. They are MODEL cakes made to look like the real and very delicious cakes that they do actually sell in the shop. Fresh cakes are kept in the fridge. Would you also go to Lego Land and complain that the houses “advertised” were too tiny to actually live in? 😅 This is a beautiful space. A community space. Everyone is made to feel welcome there whether they’re buying, eating, chatting or just to breathe in the pure clean fresh oxygen that plants provide us all with. We NEED more spaces like these around here. I’ve lived in east London since 1997 and I’ve seen a lot of changes in that time, so take it from me. This place is a gem. A real living haven. Absolutely love this plant shop! The selection is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I visit, I'm greeted with a warm smile and expert advice on caring for my plants. The quality of their plants is outstanding—I've never been disappointed with a purchase. Whether you're a seasoned plant parent or just starting out, I highly recommend this shop for all your plant needs!

I come to this place every single weekend because it is my favourite way to start the day. The shop is beautiful inside and out, from the owner Ayse to the plethora of plants she has in store and online. The coffee and cakes are absolutely unreal and the atmosphere is a literal a breath of fresh air. If you find yourself anywhere near this area, this should be your only place to stop for a coffee or buy some stunning plants.

Thanks Will for saving our bonsai box tree, and being so meticulous and thorough about coming and fumigating our tree against Chinese caterpillar, coming not only once or twice but many times to give advice and see that the little pests did not come back again. You are always ready to help and suggest and it is much appreciated.

Farmer Will did a fantastic job of putting up a new fence and cutting back/clearing a lot of our very overgrown garden. He and his colleague were reliable, polite and immaculately tidy. Our neighbour was so impressed with the job that he asked us to share Will’s details with him! We’ll definitely be asking him to come back!

Will and his team literally transformed our garden and were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We had used Will before for tree cutting, turf laying and general maintenance but decided to get a new deck, fence and artificial lawn this year due to a muddy new puppy! It has exceeded all our expectations. Looks like we had a designer in to plan it but Will just knew what he was doing and nailed it in less than 3 weeks. Looking out at our fairy lit tree this winter (thanks for going to extra mile Will!) instead of a muddy pit we are beyond happy with it. Would whole heartedly recommend him.

Filippo at E17 Organic Gardening did a fantastic job on my garden. He laid a new lawn and completely renewed the beds, put in new plants and a sprinkler system on a timer. Just had a full replacement of the decking in my garden. First class service from the start. Quick and reasonable quote. Date set and kept to (despite us having to put them back a day). The work itself is excellent and was done to time and in a clean and tidy way. Have had tradesmen leave a mess in the house in the past, but not this time. They ran mats through the house to protect floors etc. Also very punctual. If they say they’re coming at 7.50, then they’re there on the dot.

Super impressed with Asen's professionalism and the quality of work of his team in replacing our back garden fence which was destroyed by foxes and storms (see before & after photos). Asen was clear and prompt in his communication throughout, managed expectations well and delivered on commitments. The team was efficient in their work (completed the work in a bit over half a day), considerate of the house (covered the floor to protect it whilst moving the material in and out of the house) and very tidy - they even tidied up the garden on the way out!
