It's been such an amazing garden transformation. And Gina was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Took into account all my requests, and gave me a jewel of a garden. I can't pick a favourite - the back wall with the cor-ten screens against black timber cladding, the beautiful beautiful planting with its varying texture and colours, the seating area with its pergola. And the pleached trees which are so necessary to give privacy to an otherwise very overlooked garden and house. I am delighted with the end result. What I have now is a whole new outdoor living space where once it was a just a cluttered patio and weed-ridden planting beds.

I recently had my garden designed, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The layout is both beautiful and practical, with a great mix of plants. The pathways and seating areas were thoughtfully integrated, creating a space that feels peaceful and welcoming. The attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

She was responsive, happy to accommodate my schedule, and happy to adjust her process to what I needed. I enjoyed going to a few nurseries together and selecting plants. When I came home today I nearly cried. The difference Filippo and Zeus have made to our large, neglected communal garden in under two days is completely amazing. They worked really hard, clearing thorns and brambles. They also paused to look carefully at what they were doing to see the effect. They are pragmatic, intelligent and a pleasure to deal with, we'll definitely have them back.

They are also loveliest group of people to work with and are happy to attempt even the most ambitious plans, with fantastic results. We'll definitely be getting them back.

Filippo at E17 Organic Gardening did a fantastic job on my garden. He laid a new lawn and completely renewed the beds, put in new plants and a sprinkler system on a timer. He was lovely to deal with, passionate about plants, creative, flexible, reliable and good value for money. Highly recommended.

What can I say, Faabel Gardens & Homes are on a league of their own cos the quality of their work is second to none. The way they transformed my neighbour's garden, it was something from a high-class TV show so my mother used them and I did too. We're all so pleased cos they're very professional, super helpful and extremely competitive too. Work others quoted me for about 6k only costed me half and yet, the quality of work done deserved to be paid treble. I'm thrilled that I went with Faabel Gardens, especially being local to me. I asked many questions at the beginning - everything that I could think of. Ade was very professional and told me what I needed to hear - not necessarily what I wanted to hear. He was extremely transparent, competent and very reliable. When he told me it would take a couple of days only, I was sceptical. We wrote down what we agreed so there was no misunderstanding and true to his word, he'd pretty much finished within 2 days. The price was very reasonable (cheaper than other quotes I had gotten - though to be fair the work was also slightly different as I had a better understanding of what I wanted after getting a few quotes but definitely still a great price). My only regret was I didn't consider /look locally sooner and instead wasted time getting quotes from builders who weren't too sure about artifical grass and landscapers from afar who didn't turn up to view when they said they would. I could not recommend Ade enough- he well and truly deserves the 5* rating.

The team at Urban Gardeners did a great job, completely transforming our garden in 3 days. They cleared the garden, removed trees, built a fence and laid a new lawn. Lovely to work with, speedy, thorough, tidy and prompt!

A huge thank you to the Urban Gardeners team for transforming our garden here in Peckham, SE London. The garden was previously in very bad shape (rotten decking, steps, and dying / weed-ridden lawn. The team did an amazing job of clearing everything out (including removal of a tree!) and then building an entirely new and extended hard-wood deck and stairs / landing and also replacing the lawn with the beautiful stripes you can see! Communication throughout from Plamena was great and with the team on the ground they were very good at asking questions and making small adjustments as required throughout the process. I requested a few small changes to the initial quote and this was dealt with in a very friendly and flexible way. The team were very pleasant throughout, got rid of all the mess, and also did the whole thing for a very fair and reasonable price. Usually my Dad takes care of the garden, but because of his recent health issues the garden had become really overgrown. I tried to tackle it myself, but I didn’t have the right tools for the job. I started looking for a company to clear the garden, which is when I discovered Urban Gardeners online and contacted them. Correspondence with Plamena was superb: all emails were answered promptly and professionally. Pricing was clearly explained and I was happy to proceed with a mutually agreed date and time. The two gentlemen that came to the house were polite, considerate to our home, and amongst the hardest working people I’ve ever encountered. The weather was really hot on the day they came, but they still grafted despite the heat. They did an excellent job of clearing our garden, and were done within an hour (initially we thought it would take 3hrs). So even with us also paying for removal of the garden waste, it was still cheaper than we expected. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I’ve already recommended them to several of my colleagues and clients. If in the future I can persuade my Dad to pave or turf the garden this is the company I’ll be calling.

Acacia Gardens designed and implemented the hard landscaping and planting for our front and back gardens. The design process was very detailed, with our ideas and feedback factored into the final design. The preparation, construction work and planting was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. We were kept involved and consulted through. The whole team without exception were helpful, considerate and responsive. We're very happy with the end result.

A great experience from start to finish on the top-to-toe remodel of our tired and heavily overgrown back garden. I really appreciated the transparency of the website in setting out process, timescale and costs (as well as potential fabulous results!) - and it turned out to be an accurate reflection of our experience. Emma really listened to our needs and translated them into a design that felt personal as well as practical and beautiful. The landscaping team were fabulous - good-humoured, apparently tireless, perfectionist problem solvers whose evident pride in their work shows. After years of feeling guilty and overwhelmed by its problems, being in the garden is already bringing much joy again - roll on spring!

I needed some new composite decking laid in my back garden. My neighbours recommended Herman at Acacia Gardens. I spoke to a number of companies but Herman was the friendliest and most helpful and he was competitively priced so I chose him. They ripped up my existing timber frame, replaced it and gave good advice about which composite decking to use. I made a number of changes throughout the project but Herman was always understanding and helpful. The builders were brilliant; Rimi in particular. They were respectful, very hard working and fun to talk to and have around. They took real pride in their work and always consulted with me when necessary. I would highly recommend Acacia Gardens to friends and family and would definitely use them again for any gardening needs. They have just finished a major project next door and that looks great, too

My partner and I had our Jackson’s fence installed by Acacia Gardens. They have done a great professional job and we are really pleased with it. The only thing that we would like to see improved is their timing and response of getting things sorted out for a date and delivery. But we are 100% happy with the results at the end.

Hire Ivan & Sons for a second time to lay a new deck. As always, they do an impeccable job with professionalism and consideration. They are always very attentive, trustworthy and tidy when they finish the job and Steve and Melin always do it with a smile and extreme care. Would definitely recommend their services and will be calling the team if I need any further garden work done.

Our garden had suddenly gone wild and our regular gardener was away - I emailed Ivan and they got back quickly and we’re available a few days later. They were on time, worked efficiently on the hottest of days and transformed the front and back garden. Would use again and highly recommend.
