We used Terra Firma for our gardening project in June. I found their communication top notch and was happy with the design and advice they offered. We had Luca and Sean carry out the job every day for around 2-3 weeks. We appreciated the consistency and found them to be hard working and came with a good sense of humour - something that's important when welcoming trades people into your home. We are very happy with the outcome and would recommend this firm to anyone.

We had our rear garden fencing replaced and it has truly transformed the appearance of our garden. From the first visit by Josh to the onsite work carried out by Luke and Harry we can't praise them highly enough. I would highly recommend Terra Firma, they have transformed our garden as shown in the before and after photos. They stuck to timings and costs throughout, very reliable communication channel with Adam, and Sergei and Oleg are men of few words but mighty deeds and an incredible range of skills that delivered exactly what we wanted.

We could not be happier with our wall (and back garden fence too). The Terra Firma guys building it were so good at their job, were happy to discuss the work, advise and make changes. They also could not have been more thoughtful when walking through the house – always laying dust sheets or taking their boots off, and taking care not to let the cats out, or the cold in. Neighbours have admired the wall too, and asked us for details of the company. A perfect job!

Right from the start when Josh from Terra Firma came to give us a quote for a replacement fence, they have been great to deal with. They gave a detailed quote, with different options, and were competitive compared to five other quotes. They were flexible on start times to fit in with our needs. George and Lee worked hard over four days in sometimes awful weather, including thunder storms, and didn't falter when unexpected things came their way, like huge ivy roots. They helped our neighbours to cut down some of their overgrown ivy roots. The garden is on a slope with a wood at the rear. They had to adapt the fence to allow for the different levels. Both we and our neighbours are really pleased with the end result. George and Lee very kindly offered to lug our own large bags of garden waste through my house so we can add it to our garden waste collection bin at the front. They did us a huge favour and chopped down a very overgrown holly (a small tree). Highly recommend and will definitely use again for any garden design/maintenance.
