Richard came at short notice to fit a new plug on my portable heater which had short circuited. He did the work in minutes and provided excellent customer service. Very amiable. Would definitely recommend. Very pleased.

Rich and his team fitted 50 individual down lights throughout my home upgrading to new LED units which are fabulous. They also fixed a large chandelier and faulty dimmer switch and also fitted numerous LED under cupboard tubes. Rich even came up with a brilliant solution for our outdoor lighting needs and fitted a kinetic remote light that frames the rear garden perfectly. They even cleaned up after themselves. Had a great experience with Agile Electrics. Needed a new electric oven to be hardwired after failure to install by the retailer. Booked in 3 days (just after busy Christmas/New Year period) and was fitted/working, including a small part they had to go and collect, for an pre-agreed quoted rate, in under an hour. I've used Agile Electrics on a number of occasions for electrical work. Today they replaced and fitted new spotlights in my bathroom. I don't often leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so. I'm in the process of building a Garden Sumner House, although I knew where I'd like the electrical lights and sockets, I didn't know how this would be achieved as the Summer House is 25m from the main House. I arranged a consultation with Kelvin of Birmingham Electrical Installations who talked me through every aspect of the electrical installation, he suggested a number of excellent ideas that I hadn't thought of and really put my mind at ease with his confidence, extensive knowledge and experience. Kelvin attended on time and has done an immaculate job.... I have lots of work lined up for him and I've been recommending him to friends and family.

Extremely impressed with RSS, I will definitely be using this company for any future electrical work required. We had a doorbell installed and 3 double sockets added into various rooms in the property. Really great communication from start to finish. Ross came around to do view the work required, was quick to come back with a quote and book us in. Work was done quickly and efficiently on the day, tidying up any mess that had been made in the process. Ross and the team are a lovely and very professional i would recommend without hesitation.

Ross and his team came round earlier this year to do some work on rewiring our en suite bathroom and upgrading our alarm system. The standard of the work was excellent, Ross and his employees were diligent and professional, and everything was left neat and tidy. After-sales treatment was similarly brilliant and Ross assured us that if there were any problems, then he would come round immediately to correct them. No concerns there though, since the work was done to such a high standard. Overall, can't recommend RSS Electrical enough and well worth the money.
