I’ve had a solar panel and battery installation for some years but I didn’t have a way of diverting excess power to the immersion heater in my hot water tank. I discussed options with Mark just over a year ago. He recommended an Eddi, which he fitted the following week. With 12 months experience, I can say that this was a very good call. I rarely use any gas at all during the summer now and the system has behaved perfectly. Mark can monitor it remotely, so any problem would show up straight away. I’m thus very confident about the system itself and Mark’s installation of it, which, by the way, took less than a morning and was achieved without any fuss at all.

We asked Electricare to install a EV charger in a new build property. Other companies had provided solutions which were expensive or unacceptable in terms of cable routing etc. Electricare did an absolutely amazing job of routing and hiding the cabling and were professional, courteous and responsive. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Outstanding service from start to finish.

Paul and his colleague re-routed the house electric supply to make better use of an external 3 phase smart meter and avoid needing to use two old internal meters which also enabled an overhead supply cable to be removed. Paul had two visits pre work to plan and prepare. All work done professionally and to a high standard over 3 days. He offered to speak to Power Networks and EDF to help me deal with their questions. Hard working, tidy and open communication at all times. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent electricians who work to a high standard.

Very responsive and great service. Electricare came to fix a burned out underfloor heating system installed by another company. They diagnosed the problems and fixed it the same day. Also installed two outside lights for us during the same visit. We would definitely use them again.

Excellent service. Really happy with the work to put in our new lights. Arrived on time and put up some new lights, changed some bulbs and moved a light across into the middle of the room and then tidied up after. Was done really well and we got exactly what we wanted. I had a major power outage, and had no idea what to do, I was recommended Jackson’s Electrics from a colleague of mine, he responded to my text within minutes (amazing) we then spoke about the issue he managed to squeeze me in the same day.
