I highly recommend Mark for any type of electrical work that needs doing. He arrived on time, and worked diligently for hours until the job was completed. He fitted a new up to date fuse box, even though it was a difficult task the end price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be using his services again.

I've used JB Electrical Contractors for over 20 years since I bought my current house. They've done everything from installation of new consumer unit, running cabling for electric cooker, upgrading my garage electrics & installing new lights & sockets, running armoured cabling from garage to power summer house, exterior socket installation and security lights, replacement of internal sockets, fitting of bathroom spotlights, fitting kitchen LED undercounter lighting, fitting ceiling and wall lighting . I might have forgotten a few as I've used Jose and his guys so many times over the years! The latest job was 22nd July 2022 where a faulty socket was replaced and new kitchen wall lights were installed. Without fail the service I've received from Jose and his guys over the years has been consistently excellent. The prices are competitive and quality of the work excellent - never had an issue with any work done. The guys are always polite, respectful of my property, turn up when they say they will and thoroughly clean up after themselves. I'm no electrical expert by any stretch of the imagination and I personally don't touch electrics except for plugging things ...lots of them ... in sockets - I leave that to those who are, but any question I've ever had, no matter how trivial, Jose has taken the time to answer and to fully explain which is much appreciated. His advice over the years has increased my understanding and given me peace of mind. 18 years and I keep coming back to Jose & JB Electrical Contractors- that should tell you everything you need to know? Everything going smoothly at moment. Arrived on date/time to review the best way to rewire and make safe (the wiring is 100 years old). Have received a competitive quote which we've accepted and confirmed date to start the works. Received an email providing more details regarding days to do complete work, movement of furniture , removal of fragile items , vehicle parking permit registration details. So everything seems well organised and ready to go. Will provide a further update once the work has been completed. Work has now been completed and Jose & team have done a wonderful job rewiring the house, plug sockets removed and neat plastic coverings on the old holes. We had some surface trunking done because we didn't want the channelling and parquet flooring taken up. My sister was able to still have electricity and stay in the property while the rewiring was completed. Many thanks Jose and team for all your hard work which was done in a very professional manner.

JB Electrical were recommended to me by a friend. I had an intermittent problem that was very difficult to understand. JB responded immediately and sent a very pleasant electrician the next day. It took several visits and a great deal of patience for him to determine the issues and rectify them. I found their charges to be very reasonable and will not hesitate to use them in future.

Very pleasant and polite chap called Nathan visited my elderly Aunt. He was very respectful and took his shoes off before entering. He was very efficient and did all that was asked. Two faulty plugs in the kitchen where the kettle had become jammed. Kettle taken away and new sockets installed. Quotation provided for a replacement strip light as well. Liam was very pleasant to speak to when arranging the visit for my Aunt. He was very generous with his time and his prices are very reasonable. Booking a call out is very easy and convenient. After they installed a smart meter, I experienced a major problem where my fuse box exploded, blowing out (not just tripping) two fuses. It was a stressful situation, to say the least. We had work done twice by Ian and his team. One’s last year and yesterday. Probably one of the best service I've had. They were prompt and very professional and went extra mile with new down-lights they didn't necessarily have to provide.

Ayan was a life saviour for me - he came out late this Sunday eve to fix an electrical issue we had, lights were all working strangely but none of the appliances were tv, fridge freezer, kettle all down etc. After testing it all he worked out the issue was our tumble drier and at same time was able to replace the switch/ socket with new ones so not only was the problem solved but our much needed heavy duty tumble drier repaired so we could still continue using too!! Very grateful to have found him - the first company I called I gave up on as they promised they'd be half an hour and still hadn't arrived two hours later so luckily came across Ayans details online he also offered a fixed and much cheaper fee and in contrast he turned up exactly when he said he would only taking half an hour to make it over.
