This company is great. I dealt with Michael. He was very clear and made himself available at peak time just before Christmas to fix my electrical issues. He worked on finding cost efficient solutions to what was potentially a very expensive and disruptive exercise. In the end he produced reasonable quotes and ensured we could use the main items needed in the house whilst he was re-wiring the house. During each intervention, he would clock his time and let us know. In addition, Michael kept the place very clean taking the rubbish with him and hoovering with his own equipment. When he did a big 3-day job that took him less time, he revised the quote down and included the exact time he worked. Michael is pleasant, very honest and knows his stuff. I highly recommend this company.

Great experience with Wattson Electrical! Michael chased some plugs for us at very short notice. He's been highly communicative, pleasant to deal with, was very considerate and tidy in our home, and above all did a great job. His quote was detailed and accurate. I'm so glad I booked Michael for the electrics safety check on my flat. He was efficient and explained everything in understandable terms. I felt super comfortable with him, and he was kind enough to fix a broken dimmer switch on the spot, which was not technically part of the brief.

Michael was extremely friendly and professional. He came to save our plug socket but just so happened to be there at the right time to rescue our cat too! He was booked in in the afternoon and by the time he arrived our cat had been stuck up a tree all day, he offered to go and get his ladder and could just about reach him at the top!
