Scott is excellent, very thorough and tidy. He is knowledgeable about electrics, materials and has a great understanding about hot different issues related to one another. He spotted mould and plumping issues when the regular plumber didn't and turned out Scott was right, just observing when he came to do the electrics. He took apart my previous storage heaters so they were ready to be collected by other professionals, he did a thorough electrics check, spotted issues, made plans for repairs, was transparent around costing and materials and gave advice for DIY even though he didn't have to. He also installed my new storage heaters, traced a (previously) covered heater, changed my sockets and lights. He is also great at communicating and arrives when he says he will.
