Outstanding service and very courteous plummer. Douglas Plumber went above and beyond and I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely use this company again if I have a plumbing issue thats not covered by my my home warranty.

Jordan was great. He was really professional, organized and respectful. He helped us understand the issues he found throughout the repair, and gave us a lot of tips for maintenance. Despite the issues with dispatch, I would call Roto Rooter again thanks to the great service we received.
