Chester came to add and convert some sockets for us and his communication and work was first class throughout. Even when he identified a fault in our circuit, he easily rectified the problem and didn’t even charge us extra! Neat, tidy, knowledgeable, and a great guy to boot - What else do you want?! We needed to install smoke alarms in our daughter’s rental property-a relatively small job but important. We found Finn on Checkatrade and we’re very impressed with the reviews. Finn responded straightaway to our initial enquiry and gave us a quote. We arranged a date and time with the tenant and we met Finn at the property as arranged. We had our home EV charger fitted by D.E. Scott Electrical. Here's the summary if you don't want to read the rest: Good customer care, on time, polite and patient. Long story short, without anyone's fault, we had a frustrating problem that turned into a bit of a wait with a refund from their supplier as the main objective. John proved to be professional and patient, even when I was trowing a strop. From email responses to suppliers phone calls and home visits, he did it all. In the end, taking a leaf from his book, I decided to chill and let him deal with the situation for us as he's proven to be patient and capable so far. In other words: "Calm down, be patient, let us deal with this and we'll get it sorted" kind of vibe I got from their team. Great! Admittedly, it took a while for everything to be sorted out, but it's done now. Happy days! I'd rather deal with a company that willl work for me, even having to wait for a while, than with another that just takes my money with no customer care. Thanks again DE Scott, enjoy your coffee guys! ☺️

Excellent. Fast and efficient in an emergency. Husband was away and power tripped out. Couldn’t source problem but their electrician sourced it tonour heating/hotwater system and got straight to work to resolve and make safe and get out power back up and running. Highly recommended

Very happy with the standard of work Chris carried out. We had a new fuse box put in, sockets installed and a fault with our shower isolator remedied; all done efficiently and very neatly. I’ve been using Unique since 2019 when they fitted my intruder alarm system and was really impressed with their work that they now undertake all my electrical work for my property. Lee has been our electrician for years and has never let us down. This time we needed a dual plug socket put in a quite difficult area to get to in our kitchen behind our fridge and washing machine. As usual he did an excellent job and tidied up as always after also. The Invoice was as per the quote as always and despite it being harder than expected Lee said he would honour the quote despite me saying he could add a bit on to allow for this. He is excellent and very professional to deal with and no doubt we will use for many years to come.

I came across Pure Electric from an advertisement in the local news magazine and was impressed by the service information provided when compared to others. I then visited the website, which again I found very informative and easy to navigate through, and from there requested a time slot for a quote for the work I was looking to have carried out. Replacement of a light pendant, replacement of a plug socket and repair cooker hood extractor fan. By sending photographs of the work required this allowed for a quote to be made remotely. Once the quote had been accepted a date and time was set for when the work could be carried out. Lee arrived on time and confirmed the work required. He looked professional in company badged clothing and was polite and approachable. He explained what he was going to do and then carried out the work efficiently. He left the work areas as clean and tidy as they were beforehand. The cost of the work was agreed beforehand and the invoice reflected the quote, no hidden charges and value for money. In all an excellent service for which I would not hesitate to recommend.
